Not By Might Nor By Power But By My Spirit,

How wonderful is our Lord who fills our hearts with
grace. He does not threaten nor does He force but
He continues to fill us by His graces. This is for our
own sake so that we may grasp and accept Him in
all His power of His dominion. While He doesn't set
out to punish us, we will be our own cause of woe
if we don't follow Him always. Our torment comes
not from His wrath but rather by our absence of His
holy word. Either we are with Him or we are not,
there is no middle ground. So if we wander off, we
become our own judge and executioner. Our love
for Him should never die; not even diminish.

The ending of your post today is a bit severe. Unhappily, it is spot on. Thank you for the reminder tome and to all. You are a personal blessing always.

Yes I hear you and agree it is somewhat sever.
Yet scripture quotes in John that there is no grey,
either it is white or it is black. So that gives us a
great incentive to strive for the white. Still there
is always redemption so not all is lost, smiles.
