Top 5 things you could live without but would not want to:

1) modern plumbing.... I am a history buff and after watching countless documentaries I cannot imagine living with the smell before modern plumbing.

2) Home delivery... I go to the store in the spring and fall, but when it is 100 degrease in the summer, with 1,000% humidity, or 100 below zero in the winter, I will happily pay someone to go for me.

3) Moisturizer… the older I get the more I realize its invention is a gift of G-d to humans.

4) Streaming... I cannot watch cable any more; after 10 min of a show I'm ready to ram toothpicks under my fingernails than watch another commercial….

5) My car.... There is a carryout 3 houses down and across the street from (can see it from my porch) but still drive my car to the carryout.

Just a note on plumbing. Not criticizing, for I too value modern plumbing. Now even while the Children of Israel were in the wilderness they were to go outside the camp to do their personal business and then bury the waste………..

I, taking not of this did the same while camping inthe Rockies for a few years……...it was not difficlt and there was no smell at all. Of course in cities today, this would be next to impossible, can you imagine the green areas? So all in its time...Thank you and God bless you.

Let's see: Electricity, indoor plumbing, television, internet, and a washer & dryer. Having but recently lived without most of these things, the only one I really missed is the washer & dryer.
