It used to be my practice to tak a multivitamin until they began not to settle well with me.

Recently I began taking specific vitamins for specific reasons. Amon others i FOUND THAT TAKING VITAMIN dd2 AND/ORd3 RELIEVED SKIN IRRITATIONS AND ITCHING. i HAVE ALSO noted how at 74 my sking has become much cmoother. Now I am not vain about appearance and the like. I began taking this vitamin because it is said to halp every organ in the body, and this sounds reasonalbe to me since our skin is the largest organ of the body.

I have noted an improvement in my urinary system and breathing seems quite normal now.

They say, "You know, Them), that it also has a very wonderful effect on acne, relieving it to actually irradicating it. I do know the old age itching has almost disappeared..

So you older family and yodunger family will benefit from taking it.

Although I live in a sunny climate,I do nottake the sun……..never couldd get to liking that, so Isuppose this is why I need to takeit. Maybe I am full of beans but they seem sto sit me. God bless all in Jesus, Yeshua, amen.

I stopped soaking up the sun years back.

Vitamin D is necessary for sure and like Didymous said above, that vitamin is often deficient from a person

our bodies do manufacture it from the sun, but we all know that too much of it exposes us to other things

If one is eating right, and doing some other God endorsed life style elements, then a moderate amount of sun is healthy. In fact it is essential. No vitamin is going to replace that. I am not saying that the D3 does not have benefits, just that there are co factors that only the Lords sunlight can provide. So may people are like cattle, They tell you to stay out of the sun like it is tantamount to exposure atomic radiation, and most do no research, they just follow like lemmings.
What the medical community at large forgets to tell you is that most people are overly sensitive to sunshine because of large amounts of cellular inflammation. You get high inflammation levels mostly from a bad diet.
The sad fact is that in my experience, 98% of people really do not know what a good diet is, so even if one thinks they are making the proper adjustments, they are not.
Read Genesis 1:29 for more info. The bible is the best book ever on nutrition, if you know where to look and pray about it.
Still, even with that, most Christians do not grasp it. Heck, I can not even get Christians here to explain to me what Genesis 1:29 means to them; Just crickets. How tragic this is. agnostics and atheists, in my experiences, have a better understanding of Genesis 1:29 then most Christians.
The liberals want you to believe it is due to the ozone layer eroding. There may be some truth to that, but it is not the main reason why most people have an issue with UV rays. Leave it to the manipulating media and leftist academia to use anything and everything they can to advance their ungodly agenda.

I have often attempted to "eat Biblically." Now, living in Spain i DO ENJOY A mEDITERRNEAN DIET, JUST AS WHILE GROWING UPIN cALIFORNIA, ALTHOUGH IN MOST OF MY YOUTH my diet lacked food.

As for the vitamin D, I have not cared for the sun at all since having a severe sundbburn at about eight years due to thinking because it was overcast I could stay out as long as I liked. I got home to on fire skin and aake the following morning completely stuck to my sheets…..the skin and blistering cause me tomeld into them.

Now I do get natural sunlight here in walks and gardening, but no beaches for me. The vitamin D coupled with cod liver oil pills has made me feel much better. I rarely take any medication or food supplements acording to the directions. Usually I stick to half the amount, and this has worked out well for me.

My skin is much more sound and the bladder and urinary problems seem to have vanishe……… You tell me.

That was a concession, not Gods will, just like Israel having a King. Do you think God was happy with us killing animals, his creation. That is a lower form of living and not the original design.
The more we sunk into sin, the more God allowed us to our own volition. Don't believe that God, from a health standpoint, his creation, our temples, is advocating we eat meat.
When He told Peter eat meat, God was not speaking about food from a health view, it was to make a point about the new covenant.
Man was originally vegan, not even vegetarian,

Frankly , I have never sought to know the difference between vegetarian and veegan. I do know that when my mother was yet living we were talkign and I mentioned how I like eating meat less and less. She confided in me that she did not like to either.

Thank God we will not need to eat come the Kingdome. I realize there i a feas t and there are trees and only our Father knows what else….but I honestly do not believe we will have a need or desire to eat meat comeeternity…..but, this is pure speculation on my part.

Thanks for the food for though. No pu intended.

That was not a concession that IS assumption. The following is an excerpt from my first book:

Now about extremist animal views. Some people believe in the sanctity of animals, and they should never be killed. Why would God instruct ancient Israel to kill animals for sacrifices? Some sacrifices were not optional (see below). Many people, like some vegetarians and vegans, claim that man was not suppose to eat animal meat. I don’t think God intended this for us. The first reference to clean meat, was given to us in the account of Noah preparing animals for the ark (see Genesis 7:2). This clean meat ordinance was already established, and was taken for granted. Obviously, God gave these instructions to Adam while in Eden.

Even Abel gave God a sacrifice of a lamb. Why would God instruct the ancient Israelites to eat the Passover lamb and other sacrifices? Eating the Passover lamb was not optional—they had to eat it. “And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, speak unto the children of Israel, saying, if any man of you or of your posterity shall be unclean by reason of a dead body, or be in a journey afar off, yet he shall keep the passover unto the Lord. The fourteenth day of the second month at even they shall keep it, and eat it with unleavened bread and bitter herbs. They shall leave none of it unto the morning, nor break any bone of it: According to all the ordinances of the passover they shall keep it. But the man that is clean, and is not in a journey, and forbeareth to keep the passover, even the same soul shall be cut off from among his people: Because he brought not the offering of the Lord in his appointed season, that man shall bear his sin. And if a stranger shall sojourn among you, and will keep the passover unto the Lord; according to the ordinance of the passover, and according to the manner thereof, so shall he do: Ye shall have one ordinance, both for the stranger, and for him that was born in the land” (Numbers 9:9-14). So if God instructs us to be sure to eat meat, it must be okay for us. Granted, we Americans eat too much meat and should cut down; but it is an excellent source of protein. Also plant protein is harder to break down in our systems to be usable. Anyone going haphazardly into vegetarianism, without studying amino acids and complementary proteins, will probably be undernourished. Many children believe they can just stop eating meat and become vegetarian—they are making a serious error.

A well written post, but I can not disagree more. Here is why.
There was no killing, no sin in the Garden. Man and animal lived together in peace. Isaiah says about the days coming, Man and babe and lion and tiger will lay together. That is not a quote, just a loose para phrase of the verse.

As far as Genesis 7:2, I don't see the connection in any way where that even implies God wanted us to eat meat from the days before or after the flood. Respectfully, I think that is a stretch to say it is.

It is possible, maybe even probable, that man was eating meat some time before God made that concession. That could be. But did you ever think that maybe this lower level of eating was one of the things that had God in way to make the flood?

How in the world can God create something to be killed or die? That is not his perfection or nature. Death and decay came into the world only after the fall. We were never supposed to die. In that state, so you really believe Adam and Eve were killing animals? The same animals God gave Adam domino over? That did not imply kill them and eat them. Is anyone here reading Genesis 1:29?? Or are we all just ignoring it and making arguments as if that verse is not in the bible?

Again, regarding the Passover, this was after the flood, after the fall. Anything regarding this type of subject, after the fall is sin and perverse and an abominations. Not the Garden of Eden life and definitely NOT how God intended it.

From a biological standpoint, look at the human anatomy and the anatomy of a cavernous animal. God designed them both. Did he make an error? One is designed for plants, the other meat.

Lastly, I am a nutritionist. I can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt that people do a lot better on vegan diets then non vegan. I am not saying one can not live well and long if they they eat meat. But it has to be limited, and clean, and in the right combinations. And this is after over 25 years of doing this, and speaking with dozens of other nutritionists that have treated an aggregate of over 75,000 patients, having come to the same conclusion, through clinical real world experience. Not to mention the science behind it, which I can not get into right, now due to time constraints.

BTW, what is the name of your book? Can I order it somewhere?
