Im not sure if this is going right section but i turned here to ask if anyone have had or seen like im going through.

Within the past year i have had at increased rate moments that even the smallest things may piss me off. for example my 2 yrs old child being picky for the food, finding them carry toys to our room or laundry that dont wanna stay on the dryer but fall to floor. Another odd thing is that i have started to suffer sudden short memory losses. Example i may forget in middle of conversation what i was about to say or while dressing up the kids forgetting to put socks on het.... 4 times in row.

i know the temper sounds like what women have during their perioid or part of the pregnancy but im man and only 35 so age should not be issue either... i feel quite confused.

A person does need to concentrate on what he/she is doing at the moment and not let the mind wonder or think about other things. Think about when you are driving a car and a child darts out in front of you or the light is red and you are thinking about what happened an hour ago or about tomorrow.

Are you alert? Are you getting enough sleep? Is there something in your subconscious about a problem at work or in your family?

A person just cannot take a chance when he needs to be alert. Please see a physician and have a very frank discussion with him/her. Best Wishes! God be with you.

Temper is irrelevant to gender. So i'm not sure where you got that notion from.

Reasons for an increase in these issues are pretty broad and not something anyone here can diagnose. As stated above, go see a doctor.

As long as your kids being loud and messy are your biggest stress, then I agree with this right here. People aren't just angry, there is usually a reason, and the easiest ones to rule-out are physical ones. Have your blood pressure and sugar checked, and well just have a check-up in general, and if that doesn't fix it, start looking at emotional stuff. My husband went through this to learn his blood pressure was through the roof. Once we got that under control, his anger was gone.

From experience, I suggest getting in God’s face and asking Him what the roots of your anger are. Stay in His face until He helps you deal with all of them. :)

So you get enough sleep? It could be as simple as that. You probably should see a Dr. though, as some suggested.

I do have troubles to get sleep. At night i feel tired and sleepy but if not fully concentrate to fall asleep it can be like 2-3am before i fall asleep. and i cannot sleep if either of the kids are awake

Just sit down and ask yourself some questions about life in different areas and analysis yourself see a doctor and much prayer should be done also

Go to the doctor, you sound as though you may have a serious illness.

I read this initially with the plan of posting some anger management skills, but I don't think what you have can be delt with by self discipline. You need a doctor.

So much happens when we sleep it’s hard to just list a few things. Your body heals, but mostly your brain “goes to the washroom”. I could explain glial cells and what they do but for the most part no one cares. Just understand if you don’t sleep, your organs don’t function correctly and your brain gets constipated with cellular waste. All of the biproducts of metabolized glucose store in your brain until you sleep. Then glial cells remove it, in short. Since your brain is responsible for everything pretty much, everything is effected. Get some sleep.

When I was in your shoes I went through episodes where everyone was just so irritating. It’s like they were annoying me on purpose. Then I had a moment of reflection. Either everyone in the world is irritating or I’m irritable. I concluded the obvious and paid more attention to getting sleep.

Tips:

Turn down lights in house (dimming) at 7 pm. Circadian rhythm effect. Melatonin releases in the dark.

Eat hummus (later snack) or foods rich in tryptophan at dinner. This is what your body uses to make melatonin.

Don’t starve yourself before bed. Your brain uses a lot of energy while sleeping so some fruit is a good idea. It fuels the brain and provides nourishment. As well it leaves your stomach quick so you won’t have indigestion.

Don’t drink a lot of water before bed. You don’t want to wake up to go to the washroom.

Turn off electronics.

Don’t watch exciting television.

Use your bed for only sleeping. (Sex can be an exception) Pavlovian response.

Cut down the caffeine in the afternoon.

There’s a few to get you started. Sleep test for things like apnea might not be bad. Doing this as a family will sync all of your sleep patterns so you can all be happy in the morning.

I love this rofl, very self aware. You're right,sleep can cause a lot of issues. If you're not getting REM sleep it can make you irritable. Hey,maybe that's what's wrong with the people in the BDF!! Seriously though, to the OP go and see your doctor. Some adjustments might give you the sleep you need and you'll feel like a whole new person.

I suffered from the same, but no longer do.

It is most likely that the demonic spirit of Anger is tormenting you. It sets you on edge and looks for every excuse to set you off. First you need to resolve in your heart whatever is conflicting you inside and also you need to rebuke the demon of anger. It might come back if you do not shield yourself from it, so you may need to rebuke it many times while you are growing in your walk with God.

Next step is to spend more quality time with God every day to allow your mind to recover.

Additionally, be very careful about what music you listen to. Never listen to aggressive music. It will allow demons to influence you and alter your mind with thoughts that are not yours and set you on edge more.

Thankfully by eliminating all angry music and stopping listening to all secular music, as well as rebuking the demonic spirit of Anger in the name of Jesus Christ, and also by spending more time with God and growing in my faith, I was able to overcome those fits of anger. You can too.

I encourage u to 1.pray 2.talk to ur Dr.,I have suffered from insomnia for years. At my worst,I would get 2hrs sleep within a 72 hour 3day period..I’ve just recently learned to change somethings in my life. Including my routines. You are on the right path @reach out for advice/help. Please talk to your Dr.

You may not suffer from insomnia. You are probably being WOKEN UP from doors slamming in your apartment complex, or traffic, or some other noise.

1. QUIET
2. COOL (67 to 69 degrees)
3. DARK (blackout curtain)
4. DISCONNECT from internet/tv/phone/devices

If you still have insomnia after solving ALL of these (100%), it may be demonic especially if accompanied by frequent nightmares. But it's probably one or more of the above, most importantly NOISE.

Definitely see a doctor. Another thing to consider is sleep apnea. If you are overweight even 5 or 10 lbs, it will affect you. My husband has been wearing a CPAP for more than 15 years. He couldn't remember things, think rationally, and he was snoring horribly. His sleep test showed serious sleep apnea. He didn't like wearing it at first. My daughter and I wouid strap it on his face, while he fought us in his sleep. It was funny!

Then one day, he didn't wear the mask. Then he went back to it. He came home and told me he could do his job so much better when he wore it.

So, another idea. Iron deficiency can also affect journey sleep and memory. Just to throw out something else. I hope you find some practical answers.
