Jeans do you like and wear, also the reason why?

This is a completely frivolous thread for a bit of light-hearteded digression.

Jeans would be a staple part of my wardrobe. I particularly Levi, Diesel and Nudie, because of their fit and look.

Post photos if you want too.

Emporio Armani.
Built so well, look so good. On my body type, especially.
Feel comfortable too.
BTW, I hate the new stretchy Jean's for males.

My favorites are Carrharts, but the one pair I have are too big, and I can't afford any right now.

I have rediscovered suspenders. Sometimes I feel as though I am in an inverted bell, me being the clanger but guess what?! I am very comfortable with just about any waist size these days. Praise God, amen.

I always liked to wear my pants big(had to, when I was younger), but I lost 8 inches from my waist, so they're a little too big. They fit ok when I had to wear 4 layers for the cold.

Thank you, sir. You, as well. I did lose it from pneumonia, but the blessing is I've started exercising, and am much healthier.

That is good news and a perfect demo of how our Father does work in strange ways.

My ALL TIME FAVORITES were the 501 Blues Button Ups.......but it's hard to find them anymore.

Wrangler, Levis are second choices, but I will also take the less expensive route of Rustlers when I am buying them for work pants..........no sense in ruining a really good pair of jeans. My jean jacket is Levis......love it.

I wear whatever is the cheapest, they seem to wear well. I have some Rustlers and some store brands. But I am retired so I don't put them to much stress anymore. I just wear them out to stores and such. I won't wear jeans to church. My generation believed in dressing up for the Lord. :):whistle:

Most times I wear comfortable, lightweight cargo shorts or capris because I walk or hike every day. As for jeans, brands don't matter too much. I basically look for 4 things: looooong (at least 31" length) - low rise waist - 100% cotton denim, NOT polyester - and bootcut leg. I'm cheap - I will only buy jeans on sale or clearance. I've even found brand new designer jeans with tag still attached at Goodwill and Salvation Army for less than $15! :D(y)

The last two pairs of Levi's I got were $3 a piece at a thrift shop!
