From Global News:

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau appeared at a rally on Monday amid the still-unfolding SNC-Lavalin affair, and the tone grew tense at times.

The rally, focused on climate change and taking place at Toronto’s Danforth Music Hall, saw protesters interrupt the prime minister repeatedly before they were quickly ushered out of the venue.

The first interruption happened as Trudeau addressed Jane Philpott’s resignation as president of the Treasury Board, which was announced earlier in the day.

“I want to thank her for her service,” Trudeau said. Then his podium shook.

He looked down as a protester held up a small banner advertising a hashtag, “#pigtrial2.”

The protester yelled as she was ushered away.

Another protester later held up a banner — and again, Trudeau kept speaking. The crowd soon broke out into cheers of “Trudeau! Trudeau! Trudeau!”

Trudeau then talked about tackling climate change so that people would still be able to enjoy the great outdoors.

Around that time, a melee broke out in the crowd, and a man appeared to shove a woman in a large group as the prime minister said: “Oh boy, oh boy.”

How come no heckler chanted "lock him up"?

Because they didn't let people in without Liberal party membership cards. Then again, the paid faithful would have just chanted them down!

Apparently the hecklers were aboriginal women, probably Liberals, supporting JWR! I bet they won't be Liberals much longer!

I wonder if that election kick off rally was paid for by the taxpayer? Another thing that should be investigated by the RCMP?

Trudeau is going down! And if he doesn't, the West will leave confederation. Well, maybe not in the BC coast. But certainly in the interior and east!

Worst prime minister ever! Who knew someone could be worse than Pierre Trudeau??

Canada's PM Justin Trudeau has said no inappropriate pressure was placed on a minister when he raised concerns to her about a prosecution related to one of the country's biggest firms.

But he said he should have been aware of an "erosion of trust" between the minister and his office.

Jody Wilson-Raybould says she was pressured in the criminal prosecution of engineering giant SNC-Lavalin.

Fallout from the affair has cost the prime minister two top ministers.

Mr Trudeau's statements on Thursday morning comes amid a deepening political crisis for the prime minister, with numerous opinion polls suggesting that confidence in his government has taken a hit.

He admitted he had made mistakes in his handling of the matter and that "there are lessons to be learned from this situation". But he said there was no wrongdoing in the SNC-Lavalin case.

"I can repeat and reassure Canadians that there was no breakdown of our systems, of our rule of law, of the integrity of our institutions," he said.

he's spinning it so fast that the air pressure changes in the room he's in

consummate one worlder and doesn't give a rat's patootie about anything but those objectives

just like all the other one worlders

he's a one term wonder and here's to hoping that one term is cut short because unlike the US, Canadians can kick his sorry leftist spinning out of office, which is basically what some are trying to do now

I can repeat and reassure Canadians that there was no breakdown of our systems, of our rule of law, of the integrity of our institutions,
repeat after me...repeat after me...repeat after me...and take the lotus position if it helps

how disenchanting this liar has become

Butts testimony made me sick yesterday. "Jobs" 9000 IN QUEBEC mentioned 6 times, without a single shred of evidence, he admitted, while Alberta has lost a minimum of 100,000 from Trudeau blocking all the new pipelines from being built. And jobs again in his questioning! Quebec jobs, or was that votes?!?

And using the exact same phrases Trudeau used to dismiss his alleged gropping in Creston, BC? Are they so lacking in vocabulary? Or worse, do they think Canadian public is that stupid??

Turning it into a "he said/she said" debate isn't exactly feminist 2019! I can just hear their racist slurs of Jody Wilson-Raybould in private! No evidence, no memory, no pressure, no oath, no ethics. Just another ordinary day in the life of king maker Gerald Butts and his side kick the stuttering Justine Trudeau!

Sorry, I really just can't find a single nice thing to say about this evil, corrupt, globalist Liberal government in Canada, and its dictators, both elected and unelected!

They did make pot legal.

Now. we've just got to figure a way to stop the 420 protest festival in Vancouver seeing as it's totally without further merit.
