After Adam was disobedient to the WORD of G0D sin entered the world and sin also brought physical death eventually.Man would have to be perfectly righteous by his own strength In order to have a relationship with a righteous GOD
But man could not be perfectly righteous by his own will power because of the weakness of his flesh so man would have come short of the glory of GOD but GOD did not leave man In that condition and sent JESUS to be the atoning sacrifice for ALL
And JESUS started a new covenant that man could be acceptable to GOD by believing the WORD of GOD.
The Issue under the New covenant Is about believing.

Yes. Here is just one of many Scriptures that clearly teach this truth.
All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. (Isa 53:6)
What is the meaning of iniquity? It means both sins and the punishment for sins.

Joh 1:29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.
Jesus takes away the sins of the world so that would include all mankind, and everybody can have their sins forgiven.
1Jn 2:2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

Some people say that God chooses who will be saved, and not saved, without their choice in the matter, but that is not scriptural, but He gave us a choice in our salvation, for His kingdom is true love, not robotic love, and He is not evil to condemn people that is not their fault for they were not chosen.

And if they have the key but do not use it occasionally do they have eternal life? Does the key take on the nature of the user? Or is it eternal as in no nature as a beginning and it cannot deny itself if the sin has been atoned for that person has passed from death to newly created life?

Since *all* is mentioned twice in that verse, and *every one* is mentioned once, what you are doing is blatantly twisting the Word of God.
And it does not say "everyone given to Him by the Father", so that is what you wish to add to Scripture. If God had meant that, then He would have said that.

When the word, many, has been used it refers to th emany who will receive the free gift. Natually, and , unhappily, there are many who will choose evil over God who will not accept the free gift simply because they dod not wish to be in the presence of God's glory, preferring their own darkness. Now this made relatively clear, Jesus died for the sins of all men.
