……. Tear off a large piece of aluminum foil[ this will be folded up like a pocket shape later after ingredients are put in
……. Spray foil with pam spray
……. Put about a tablespoon of butter into the foil or more if you like a lot of butter.
……. Slice potatoes like you do when you fry them.
……. Sprinkle Garlic Salt on the potatoes.
FOLD THE FOIL LIKE A POCKET SHAPE, I bend down the foil about a fourth at the top over lapping it to seal in the ingredients you don't want them to fall out.
Bake for 45 minutes on 425 degrees

I ate this when camping, with the addition of carrots and bacon.

the bacon would definitely give the potatoes a good taste, I use bacon grease in corn meal and it really makes good cornbread
I notice when I have tasted cracker barrel cornbread they do this too, I don't like sugar in mine tho it gives it a muffin taste. yeah I have country in my blood...lol... I would be very happy to live off the land, and forget all this chemical treated /processed food we eat that kills out the vitamins.
