Aw, Gracie, thanks for thinking of me and thank you so much for the beautiful Valentine!!! I appreciate it so much. The pic is beautiful and I could really go for a few (or maybe the whole box) of those chocolates right now!

You are a blessing and I hope you have a wonderful day. :)

My wife loves to receive roses at work from me on Valentines Day (and has received them from me for several years now) but what I really don't like is the rising cost of a dozen red roses in a vase, plus delivery charge, so I came up with a solution. I now purchase a dozen red roses separately for only $19.99 (same exact roses in the arrangement they charge you $75 for) along with baby's breath flowers and put them in a vase that I have from Valentine's Day past, nicely arranged for less than $30 altogether and I have my co-worker (who delivers mail to the high school where my wife works) deliver them for me for free. The high school is actually her first stop on her mail route.
How convenient! (y)

I thought it was funny last year that my wife's friend and co-worker asked her husband why he never buys her roses on Valentines Day, so last year he went ahead bought her a dozen red roses in a vase and they were waiting for her on the kitchen table when she got home from work. She told her husband they were lovely, but he missed the point! She wanted them delivered to her at work so all the other women could see them too! :giggle:
