Oh i do not use the chat room.. I am only a forum Member.. But i am sure others will help you.. I think you have to download a Chat Application.. Are you using a Computer or a Mobile Phone?
I am on a Computer and i see up the top of this page the option to download Christian chat App.. In the options there are 3 ways, Android Mobile chat, Windows desktop App and Mac desktop App..
