Has anyone had experience with both kinds as a real world comparison?
Hi crossnote, I was thrust into the medical world in February 2012, almost 7yrs ago, when I was diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer, caused by agent orange in Vietnam 1969-1970, US Army.
Today I receive cancer treatments at a well known cancer hospital in So. Cal. I am currently receiving chemo for PC, (prostate cancer). My experience with doctors is both in specialty, Oncologist, and my primary care has been with DO, MD, and Nurse Practitioner.
Overall if a person is in need of medical care I believe it will take
"team work", to be on the road to healing. The first and foremost encouraging words I can give anyone is to
walk closely to our Savior and He will direct your path.
Praise God, the Lord can and will heal the body and I will trust in Him when my time on earth is finished.
2 Kings 20:4-6
4Before Isaiah had left the middle courtyard, the word of the LORD came to him, saying,
5“Go back and tell Hezekiah, the leader of My people, ‘This is what the LORD, the God of your father David, says: I have heard your prayer; I have seen your tears.
I will surely heal you. On the third day from now you will go up to the house of the LORD.
6I will add fifteen years to your life, and I will deliver you and this city from the hand of the king of Assyria. I will defend this city for My sake and for the sake of My servant David.’”
