Love Sci-Fi, can't watch horror. Because I get too scared by he scary music, darkness and gloominess.

Not sure how it is a sin? I can think of a lot of TV shows these days with simulated sex and ungodliness, that should be avoided! Voyeurism at its worst!

There's a fair bit of horror in the bible Dino.

I watched a documentary about the Iraq war on Netflix "Only the Dead" last night - now that was an horror "movie".

He doesn't give us the spirit of Th fear that is acceptable is reverential fear of God. I don't know about you, but shiver me timbers, helppppp and eeeeks :0, yeah, pretty scarey and gross, especially if it glorifies satanic stuff. It seems like partaking in horror movies is not edifying to our faith in the Lord. Um, but if I am keeping it real, I like thrillers, you know suspense dramas, but not the horror kind of movies. For me they require much captivation of imagination, lol.

I actually think it's based on the individual. Yeah you can post scriptures on protecting your mind, this and that, etc... But I think people react differently to them than others.

This might fall into this category for some:

1Co 10:23 All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.

If they bother you or you think they are a sin, then don't watch them. Simple as that for me.

Somebody ate my syllables someone said. I thought it was funny. Now watch everyone eating your syllables. ⭐️
