I hold onto the lessons learned. Had I not gone through the things I have...I would be very different. I was meant to be...no...no...
I was blessed to be broken! Yes!

I think we are where were suppose to be..I used to play the Lottery..Then I started to ask myself why...why do I play this...I want my faith to grow not diminish..Theres a verse that says---> Lord please give me enough where I won't steal but not to much where I disown you. I might not have it word for word but pretty close. I would not want to be rich and have my reward now..I want to store my rewards in heaven :) I know if I had won the lottery I would not be calling out to the Lord cause everything would be so comfy..its blessed to live each day depending on the Lord for his guidance.

When considering all the little things that make up the being I call me, I find the substance quite impossible to see.

If cats and dogs fight like cats and dogs.........why do they call a hurricane a tsunami?

They don't. They call it a hurricane in the Atlantic and Caribbean and a typhoon in the pacific. I don't know why I should look it up. And they call a tsunami a tidal wave although a more appropriate name would be earthquake or tectonic disturbance wave. Hmmm maybe that's where tsunami came from:

Tectonic
Seismic
Undulations
Now
Aqua
Makes
Immense

This site needs a confused reaction button. And then a beware cinder's tired brain button.

" Rather fail with honor than succeed by cheating"

I saw this when I was lookin for something to give encouragement for my younger brother... because he gets discouraged by the corrupt system in our place . :(

if someone walk up to you and say "Christianity is false"
I'll reply "therefore, Christianity is true"

knowing that there are scriptures like Galatians 1:8-9 to back this up

8 But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let them be under God’s curse! 9 As we have already said, so now I say again: If anybody is preaching to you a gospel other than what you accepted, let them be under God’s curse!

and the evidence that humans are capable of telling "non-truth" is evidence of sin, and that is where the gospel can be preached.

To Be Happy you must:
  • Let go of what’s gone.
  • Be grateful for what remains.
  • Look forward to what’s coming next.

Not every day is a good day, live anyway.
Not all you love will love you back, love anyway.
Not everyone will tell you the truth, be honest anyway.

people hate the idea of being tricked or forced into changing (even if the change is good), when people look back, they'd resent the origin of such change

in search of sincerity, people will try to undo that change because of the origin

Hmm, profound thoughts...

Once two Tibetan monks were sitting on a hillside meditating. On March 4th one of the monks said, "You know, life is like a streetcar." And they sat and meditated on that for a while.

On April 7th the second monk said, "How is life like a streetcar?" and they sat and meditated on that for a while.

On May 13th the first monk said, "Okay, have it your way. Life is NOT like a streetcar."

when push comes to shove, we are strongly tempted to resort to ulterior motives
