As I'm sitting here, supposed to be finishing up my final project for university, I can't help but to think about my lunch tomorrow.

Chicken Chili!

What about you? What are you guys going to have? Any left-overs from Thanksgiving? :)

Yes, we will be having leftovers all week... Of course I made too much food for just four of us (myself and 3 kids)... Made way too much stuffing/dressing... Unfortunately, the first weigh-in of High School wrestling in next weekend - so we will be having a combination of Turkey and Juice Cleanse... The dog will be eating good this week...
I sent my college age daughter back to her dorm with all the left over pies and a lot of stuffing...
While my oldest son, refused to take any leftovers on the plane back to SJSU - I snuck a large back of stuffing into his carry on bag... Hoping that he discovers it before the end of the week ;) lol...

I forgot to cook anything healthy for Thanksgiving,
so I invited a few vegetarian friends.

They were delicious.

Oh, gosh. That sounds absolutely divine.

What's in the hamburger pie? (Besides hamburger....)

What do you guys do for the juice cleanse?

And hopefully so about that stuffing. Moldy stuffing isn't always the best.

I had mcdonalds drive-thru for lunch..... Two buttermilk chicken tenders with ranch dressing and a $1 cheeseburger.

I don't usually eat that unhealthy but I was in the middle of shopping on this crazy busy sunday after thanksgiving. Im just glad I got home in one piece.

Juice Cleanse concoction that my boys and I use for weight loss:
- For taste use either: Frozen fruit, or Fruit Smoothie (we use 'Naked' - no sugar added) - we use Organic Acai Puree (frozen fruit)
- Varying Combinations of Green Superfoods (Organic Wheat Grass, 'Energy,' 'Antioxidant')
- Maca powder (Gaia herbs)
- Spirulina
- Chlorella
- Vitamin Energy tablets...

Drink lots of water...
Give it a try...
we typically either go 3 to 5 days on just juice cleanse when we are serious;
or try the juice cleanse for breakfast and lunch and have a no-carb/lo sodium/high protein dinner...

oh, and for a bit more flavor you might wanna add a tad of powdered vanilla milkshake powder... ;)

I'll message you the recipe if you like! :) I'll take a pic of the page later and send it your way. It's yummy indeed!
