If you see this, please pray for me. Going through a little bit of a rough time, just recently broke up with my fiance (it was mutual, we sought counsel on it with our pastors and we believe this was the correct decision). It isn't necessarily what we wanted to do, but it had to happen.
Today I've also just felt really dry and almost apathetic about everything.

Also, please pray for her as well.

Thank you all.

God, help the person's heart calm down from that big stressful decision that's been made. you know how stress can exhaust on one's heart and that heart can become numb due to exhaustion. May healing be provided, amen

Not knowing the circumstances, you wrote 'you believed it was the right decision and so did your Pastors', so it had to happen. Given this info, you need to look ahead and not backward. 'The joy of The Lord is our strength' and "all things work together for good'. Breaking up with someone isn't easy but you must do what is best and trust Jesus to help you through. May the Comforter bring you wisdom, peace and joy, in Jesus' name.

I’m sorry you and your fiance are going through this rough time, Aephus. I’m praying, asking God to surround you both with His love, comfort and bring in His peace into this situation. May He give you wisdom, guidance and reveal His best plan for your lives as you lean upon Him.

Jeremiah 29:11: For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Breakup are always hard.

Even when your mind says it's the right decision, your heart still mourns the loss.

For me it is always the loss of the dreams of the future. However, how I move on is the reassurance that God has better plans then I can imagine for my life, I just have to trust and have faith in His plans.

I don't know your whole situation but I will pray that you feel God's love and warmth even during this time of loss. May you see the light in the future and find happiness and joy in your friends and family. God bless and keep you.
