Jer 30:8 (KJV) For it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and will burst thy bonds, and strangers shall no more serve themselves of him:
Who’s yoke is being broken from who’s neck and what is the yoke?
Hard to say here 16 - but I believe this is written in context of Jesus being the deliverer of spiritual Israel in the 1st century AD
(Jer 23:3 KJV) And I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all countries whither I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase.
(Jer 23:4 KJV) And I will set up shepherds over them which shall feed them: and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, saith the LORD.
(Jer 23:5 KJV) Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that
I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth.
"the days" came and went in the 1st century AD. Christ is ruling on David's throne in the heavenlies seated at the right hand of the Father:
(Acts 2:30 KJV) Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh,
he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne;
(Acts 2:31 KJV) He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.
(Acts 2:32 KJV) This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.
(Acts 2:33 KJV)
Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.
The dispensationalist claim that Christ will sit on a throne somewhere in the dirt in the middle east, but that is not what Peter is claiming.
Not only that, Peter stated that all the prophets (including Jeremiah) "foretold of these days" in which he was living not some days 1900 years and counting into the future:
(Acts 3:24 KJV) Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after,
as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days.
(Acts 3:25 KJV) Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.
