I love knowing as I look at the splendor of His creation that I see Him and His attributes. To deny creation is to deny the word of God. It is my understanding that we were created with an an innate knowing of our Maker, and that the very things which He made, they show His existence. We must know, though, that the biblical truths don't require our full understanding; they do rely on our complete acceptance, our complete devotion and trust, in the One who authored them.
because that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse. For even though they knew God, they did not honor Him as God or give thanks, but they became futile in their speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
Romans 1:19-21 NASB
It is a sin, a terrible offense, to deny, rebell, or reject the one who gives us the breath of His.
You know it isn't so hard to grasp how horrible and sad it is for a child who was raised by wonderful parents to choose to reject them.
Yet, we find it hard to fathom why the One who made everything including all life would insist that we not only accept His existence, but also trust, honor, and thank Him, sincerely, with all our hearts. After all, He knows the way His creation works best. We require His Order and thrives in His Love.
