Robert Paxton, a professor emeritus of social science at Columbia University in New York who is widely considered the father of fascism studies, defined fascism as "a form of political practice distinctive to the 20th century that arouses popular enthusiasm by sophisticated propaganda techniques for an anti-liberal, anti-socialist, violently exclusionary, expansionist nationalist agenda."

unless you used different words that mean essentially the same thing?
Well, you wouldn't know because you haven't read anything. Once you read something and can make some kind of reference, then get back with me. Otherwise, you're just a waste of time.

Amazing how far the left will go to distort truth, which can be so easily researched and refuted that it barely takes any effort at all to refute their nonsense.

Considering fascism was birthed by Mazzini and implemented by Mussolini, the "anti socialism" is definitely wrong and this hyper left leaning professor should be maybe revisit Political Science 101.

"Fascio nazionale" (national union) that would be led by an aristocracy of warrior-producers that would unite Italians of all classes, factions, and regions into a disciplined socialism.
Fascist Manifesto

Historically, while the fascists on the surface denounced Marxism there is no doubt their handling of the economy was very much in line with socialistic policies.

To say that the present day "right" is fascist is really laughable.

Neither did He put any law in place outlawing slavery. What now?

Hard to believe you can even make a comparison.

Race-based, chattel slavery of your beloved south in no way compares to slavery in ancient Rome, however even then slavery was wrong.

Neither did Jesus tell the Israelite or disciples to rebel against Rome but you seem okay with preaching rebellion.

Oh, so you want to make an argument from silence, but no one else can. I see.

In the life of the born again believer there is no place for supremacy.

Since I am tired of stating the obvious to you......here it is stately perfectly and succinctly.

You absolutely have no case biblically and it is a shame that you persist in your white supremacist view as this is outside of present day conservatism as well.

“You shall not oppress your neighbor . . . . You shall do no injustice in court. You shall not be partial to the poor or defer to the great, but in righteousness shall you judge your neighbor. . . . You shall not hate your brother in your heart, . . . lest you incur sin because of him. . . . but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the LORD” (Lev 19:13-18). Neighbor love, then, according to God’s moral law, exemplified in the fifth through tenth commandments, calls for impartial kindness and justice to be shown to all, an equal concern for the well-being of others. Moses grounds this behavior in God’s character (Leviticus 19:3, 4, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18) and our responsibility as believers to imitate him “You shall be holy, for I the LORD your God am holy” (Leviticus 19:2). And this neighbor love was not reserved for Israelites only.

Moses explicitly extends it to foreigners: “When a stranger sojourns with you in your land, you shall not do him wrong. You shall treat the stranger who sojourns with you as the native among you, and you shall love him as yourself, for you were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God” (Leviticus 19:33-34).

Racism is the denial of the image of God (Genesis 1:26, 27) and its implications to someone of another ethnicity. Racism in the church is a contradiction of the visible unity of all believers in Christ (Ephesians 2:11-22, Revelation 5:9, 7:9). Racism inside and outside the church is a contradiction of Jesus’ command to love our neighbor as ourselves (Mark 12:31, Luke 10:25-37, esp. 29, 37), and of God’s creation of all people in his image (Genesis 1:27, Acts 17:26). So theologically, racism entails a denial of the biblical doctrines of creation, man, the communion of saints and is disobedience to the moral law.

We will not mince words. Racism is not only sin, serious sin, it is heresy.

There was no silence on slavery. It is completely antithetical to the first two commandments of God which Jesus upheld.

this 'thread' has definitely become something else than about 'slavery', dig deep and know your enemy,
and then ask your Saviour to put His Words into your mouth, or else, please, just keep silent...

wondering if this is possible???

Just because I believe a form of 'secession' is the only peaceful solution to the division we have in America, does not make me a racist or white supremacist. And, the form of secession I purpose is not racist. Again, what I am saying is take away the Supreme Courts authority to override the States authority except in areas of military and national defence, and commerce both state and foreign. Thus people could live in any state that reflected more as to how they want to live.

You say I have no case 'Biblically'. Exactly 'what case' are you describing. Your cute article is about racism.

I didn't say the Bible said nothing about slavery, indeed it does. What I said was that Jesus never said anything against slavery.

You are a broken record as to slavery. We have discussed it already. I gave you verses that prove God sanctioned and established slavery in Israel. God is the One who gave the right for Israel to own slaves, both foreign and domestic.

You know why you are a broken record? Cause you don't listen. Go back to post (#65) and (#76). Then read these verses, (Lev. 19:18), (Lev. 25:45-46), (Deut. 20:14), (Philemon 1-25), (1 Cor. 6:20).

And, why didn't you ever answer my question. Are your bought and paid for by God with the blood of Jesus Christ or not? Are you a slave of God or not? Is God a slave owner?
