I talk to myself all the time... they still think i'm mad, lol... It was worse when i was still on fb... laughing alone and my sis would be like.. what on earth is she laughing at, lol

Yeah thats the best way in some cases being forced to but eventually you'll have to force yourself. I pretty much had to when I started promoting my card game. I still get cold feet from time to time :)
