Well, from my vantage point the agenda is to implement the tenets of the leftist ideology, and that is all, it is plain as day that is what the political parties are working toward and they are slowly moving those on the right more and more to the left as well.

The left is not liberalism, it is quite the opposite.

There is no corroborating evidence. With an event that happened so long ago and the high stakes for Kavanaugh, their individual testimony and their credibility is not enough for a judgement for guilty.

You do realize this man has had extensive background checks many times over for all his various roles and they never uncovered any improprieties or wrong doing.

And why is it that it is always the Democrats that pull this stunt, Robert Bork, Justice Clarence Thomas and now Kavanaugh.

The left (I do not even call them democrats because are not) are terrified they will loose their cultural marxist agenda by more conservative leaning judges.

I couldn't have said it better myself. Senator Lindsey Graham said it best defending Brett, "Boy ya'll want power, God I hope you never get it." I sensed anger in his voice, but also a fear, because he knows what those lunatics are capable of doing if they own House and Senate, and ultimately the White House.

Kavanaugh I pray to the Lord will get the vote for Supreme Court Justice, and there will be a Red Wave vote in November, I can tell you right now, Alabama elected a Democratic senator who right after Ford testified, changed his vote to no for Kavanaugh, and he has betrayed the people of Alabama, going back on his promises....I have not forgotten that, and i can't wait for November and can't wait to soak up the Liberal tears once again in 2020.

I have issues with having laws that are either left or right, to me laws should be neutral and those applying/ruling those laws should neutral also. The idea is the law is blind - that can hardly be said when "judges" are ruling according to political leanings.

Not sure if he did the things that he is accused of but regardless, people can change over a period of many years and I have heard nothing that would disqualify him from being confirmed by the Senate for the Supreme Court. This 'me too' movement is getting cloying and stale. Just because someone is accused of something doesn't mean that things happened exactly as claimed or that it even happened at all. I am sympathetic to -the hurt that a woman may suffer from abuse but not all these many, many claims throughout the past year are valid. I feel bad for those that may have been hurt in the past but I am not gullible and naïve to take all reports at face value. It would be a shame if his confirmation is derailed from this nonsense and media circus.

I think neutrality isn't really neutral. The rule of law for the most part is based on a moral value. Hence some people argue for the moral value of abortion and Roe vs Wade.
It is more about activist judges and those who are more restrained, the US Constitution I am sure was not written anticipating that it would be used for abortions to be a moral right but activist judges have interpreted it that way.

I will say that was a mighty fine moment in American politics!!!!

Over turning Roe v Wade is not gonna stop abortions - just as banning assault weapons is not gonna stop mass shootings.

Actually banning assault weapons won’t do that . Change the cosmetics of the weapon to make it a hunting rifle . Real assault weapons are quite different than what most mass shooters have used . I am not for a ban at all I just want to point out that the popular idea of a assault weapon is really wrong if not backwards.

Your correct about Roe Vs Wade. Overturning the ruling will have no effect at all . The states all have laws on the books allowing the procedure. It will be up to the states to change if the ruling is overturned .
