I'm not feeling serene or chipper this am. Woke up sneezing 20 min ago I hope everyones day starts better than mine. I think I need a nap. I'll try and get up later. later!

I'm back and feel better. Thanks Dea. Were having a mild fog, I can make out trees within 1/4 mile and flowers are yellow with pollen. I'm not sick, it's just allergies. But working on regaining good cheer and gladness a new day has arrived without catastrophe. Here in OK. Let's remember mors those who suffer after a combination earthquake tsunami I read about on MSN news this morning.

Take zinc or Emergen-C or cinnamon pills or selenium. Also drink plenty of fluids because that sneezing right before a cold starts, and the cold itself is often brought on by dehydration. Hope you feel better.

My saturday's been pretty good so far even though I wasn't feeling that great this morning and felt a headache coming on and was upset about stuff. I believe God provided a couple of pleasant little surprises for me today that really made me smile inside.... But they aren't anything that anyone else would understand. I really needed them too.

Well Dennis we've battled with rebels, heretics', trolls & the misguided enough for 17 hrs. Didn't give up or give in but too tired, time to rest tomorows another day (unless the lord comes first.) Goodnight where ever you are. Remember; The father, Son and Holy spirit loves each and everyone as they are and will your love for him will cause you to change into his likeness. Love is the first fruit of salvation. Not the last ta ta!
