Those usually happen because of low magnesium. Not enough meat, nuts or green vegetables. You can get magnesium pills. They're pretty cheap. Hope you feel better, Becc.

by the way, sodas and energy drinks take magnesium out of your body because of the carbonation in them (the stuff that makes them fizzle)

No don't know that drink. We got Monster, Rockstar, Redbull and such among hundreds of others those three are probably the most popular I drink Monster Java which I know I shouldn't lol but its good. What movies?

Lol... a teenager but not your average American teenager..... never do the stuff they do over there.... bleh, waste of time to me...... except going out to amusement parks and stuff.. disney world is my amusement dream

I didn't either as a teen no drinking no partying like you said a waste of time lol....unless its a nerd party and Mario Kart is involved lol

I think i mentioned once that i only went to neighbours birthday parties... childrens i might add.... and following my grandparents to weddings or old people birthdays, lol... Nothing mch for me to do except sit and eat till we leave... drinking is totally off the table.... I only like to taste when my grandparents show a quarter of cup once in a whle

Yeah drinking is a big deal here if you dont drink your not cool that goes for adults and teens :3 peer pressure is difficult to avoid for teens especially when the idiot adults here seem to enforce it with talk and behavior. Sure adults here are like dont drink your underage then they go around talking to there buddies how its the coolest thing in the world. Yeah Wisconsin is stupid in that regard lol

Well, underage drinking drinking is considered a disgrace and shame... except among the drinkers... while adults are allowed to drink but getting drunk is a shame... I had some "friends" when i was in school.... i think 3 or 4... they went for one of them's birthday party and they drank like crazy.... 1 got so drunk that she threw up everywhere and then slept... the other had to be taken home by the birthday girl's brother and his friends.... so i was told in school... then on cultural day in school.... the same people and some other classmtes were playing bad music and some of them were drinking and dancing like they were in a nightclub.... in the classroom!!! Thankfully for me, i was never close to them, i was in the class and then i ran out with one or 2 of my good friends immediately it started...
