Glancing through this thread there are some red flags on this chick. She may be legit but it sounds fishy already.
Entering into an online relationship without, at the very Least, having video chats, is asking for trouble.
You've never even heard her voice.
Her appearance contradicts what you've heard of her family.
Knowing scripture and claiming to believe in God is pretty flimsy. Satan could also make the same claim.
Nothing you've said is convincing except to the one that Wants to be convinced.

Blonde haired white people don't usually tend to be Latino.. unless she's adopted or was at a friend's house or something..

Blonde/light complexion Latinos do exist, but they are not as common.

Being careful isn’t a bad thing. I recommend a video chat just to be sure she is who she is. :)

Oh and there are some light skinned Mexicans. I am one of them...but I have brown hair.
My brother is light skinned with dirty blond hair. We are Mexican American..but yeah. Like Melita says, they are rare.

What you have said is true. You just never know who God is going to send your way. A single man could very well bump into his future wife while browsing for produce and thumping the honeydews in his local grocery store or at a 7/Eleven paying for his Slurpee to sweet single woman behind the counter. She gives him a wink and a smile and so it begins.

Silly was Puerto Rican, but light skinned. Almost as white as me and I'm pretty dang white :ROFL::ROFL:
So it's true some spanish people can be light skinned and blonde (even dyed blonde) but I'd always be cautious if there is a discrepancy from the norm until having more solid proof.
Fizzy needs to watch some Catfish the TV Show to see just how far some people are willing to go to deceive people into romance.
Anytime someone on there says "we've never video chat" the hosts always roll their eyes, exasperated and proceed to inform the person that with that fact alone the chances of the person lying go up dramatically. It's one of the biggest red flags.
Never having a successful phone call is even worse.

Update...
Well a lot of stuff looks like it checks out though I think she's a bit mixed up on details for instance on her profile it says Louisiana and she said Texas but, that's right next to Texas so that's about accurate.

Please be careful. Everything you've said about this girl is setting off just about every warning bell there is.

Her profile says one state, but she says she's in another, BUT they're right next to each other, so that's about accurate???

I mean, a person might as well put "Wisconsin" as their location in their profile but say they're in Canada, because they're "practically right next to each other, so that's about accurate", right? :eek:

You don't need "about accurate." You need cold, hard facts and rock-solid proof.

It sounds like you have some great things going for you and I hope that isn't about to be ruined by what seems like an obvious catfish. I just wrote a thread about people how everyone these days knows all the signs, but they still choose to fall for it. :(

We have all come to care about you here and don't want to see you get hurt.

I will hope for the best because I would love to see you happy with a God-fearing woman who loves you back just as much as you love her, but I have to tell you, it's not looking good.

I would be happy if you proved me wrong--in fact, I'm hoping you will.

But she's going to need to achieve a lot more qualifications than "about accurate."
