This is not a left or right issue.....
The whole idea that it is left vs right plays into their hands...
The issue is the internet gave people too much freedom of information. Both sides are fighting to restrict that.
Trump supports Net Neutrality... Majority of the right politicians support it.... Majority of the left do as well...
The issue we are all seeing, we would like to sum it up as a fringe group like SJW, but it cannot be adequately explained as such...
The issue is we have more information than what the people with power deem we should have, the 9/11 conspiracy theories whether they are correct or false would have never been public spotlight without the internet... Christianity is taking a good foothold on the internet as well with people like Kent Hovind having a voice even when he was imprisoned...
Follow the money, and you will find the major issues...
It is not SJW writers that are the problem with your website. It is that the advertisers are in bed with some powerful people, they have decided the internet needs regulation. Therefore, they demand if they are to give the site money that the website pushes their agenda.
The theory goes as follows, say something once, no one remembers it, say it 10 times someone remembers it... Say it 1,000 times and they think it's their own thought....
While you may never fully accept their agenda, you do end up accepting a majority of it that you have not given much thought too....
For instance, Trump has never been considered a right wing person, but now ask anyone and they will say he is right wing, even though he aligns with none of the criteria. Say something 1,000 times and people will believe it.
If you play video games I bet you have noticed the trend of people being banned for "hate speech". Stuff that never happened before is now a very common occurrence… Follow the money, it is not a right or left wing issue....
