To be honest, I don’t really keep up with American politics.
Well, I'm not going to draw a line between me and the woman I'm loving, cause I will probably cross it anyways.

I took this in a literal sense. How sweet.

Years ago, one of the best friends I had at work was a Muslim woman from India. She acted more Christian than most Christians there. Very respectful also. She was married though so we were just friends exclusively in the work setting. She gave me a Christmas gift one year, a colorful flannel shirt that I wore for several years. Shared her dinner with me too, some kind of chicken and rice dish, very spicy but scrumptious. We talked about religion a lot and not the least bit argumentative. Love this country too.

When my sister and bro in law were engaged, I was their chaperone. If he wanted to take her out anywhere, I was there hehe!

But when my husband and I were dating/engaged, we didn’t have a chaperone lol. I’m guessing because we were in our 30s.

That's OK my friend. I am a happily married man with certain marital privileges and have no need to lust. If there is no desire to be intimate with a certain person than what exactly would be the point of trying to establish a relationship? A person desiring to be intimate with their heart's desire is not on the same level as lust as the intention is honorable if thoughts of actually marrying this person are entertained. At least this has been my experience in matters of the heart as I am certainly not a novice in the game of love. Anyway, as I said, I am happily married with fringe benefits so I am all set as far as lust is concerned and need not worry about it.

Lusting over a wife is not sin... because she is your wife..

Your lusting towards other woman who where or are not your wife is sin..

The thing is that it will take a certain measure of lusting as you put it or desire as I put it before a woman can actually become your wife. I certainly do believe that there is no sin in desiring to be an intimate with the one that you love if you are considering this woman to become your wife and with the understanding that if this happens you will be loving and faithful until death do you part. Even Paul wrote that it is better to be married than to burn with the passion. Perhaps he was referring to lust. I don't really consider him to be an authority on matters of the heart but he had the right idea and understood the basic concepts of love and marriage. These two go together like a 'horse and carriage' but then again, I could be wrong because I am not musically inclined but rather romantically inclined.
