I think This verse already answers the question....... He said he has become all things to all people so that by all possible means he might save some... Like he became like them to save them... Somehow like putting yourself in their state or circumstance to teach them something.... I don't know how to put this properly... Maybe someone can help me out but take for example, A rich man preaches to a poor man and the poor man reacts by saying "you say all this things because you don't know what it's like to be poor, you have all the things you need but we don't and here you are telling us all sort of things, leave with your preaching".... To answer the que will then be when the rich man understands what the poor man is saying, he then becomes poor to understand the the poor so that he can preach to them again with the possibilty of them accepting... Becoming all things possible so that by all possible means, he might save some....This is how i see it anyway.. Anyone else can correct me where i'm wrong.
