Just over a month ago I obtained a pasta machine by Imperio. It is wonderful. So far I have only made ravioli, linguini's, and fettuccine,
It tastes so good, so far, and I have been blessed that it settles very light on the stomach..
This morning I came across the YouTube video below,. It shows how to make pasta by hand and nine different types of pasta. I will continue using the machine for most of my pasta making because it works the gluten better than when I roll it out totally by hand, so it was not an error getting the machine
The video is without voice and a bit long so do not watch it unless you have made time to do so..it is great.

I just experienced something uncanny and yet wonderful. In my previous post on PASTA i placed a video I had watche on YouTube but in YouTube i COULD NOT DOWNLOAD IT.
mUCH TO MY JOY i PASSED MY CURSOR OVER THE VIDEO HERE IN THE POST AND VOILA! IT GAVE ME THE OPTION TO DLOWNLOAD, i DID, AND NOW i HAVE IT FOR REFERENCE. No that is just cool.
Do otherpeople get n alert when passing the cursor over theupper right corner in green giving the option to download I sure hope so.....God bless all.
When I depress the like button It pulls up a lot of Icons for me to choose from and now If I like a post or If I don’t like a post I can show my feelings about that post with one of the Icons but I was curious as to what the Icon that looks like a wrench would be for.I was thinking that It would be used to show that the person twisted the scripture with faulty Interpretation.IDK.
