Hello I'd like to ask the following...

Please answer as per question mark that you see

When we talk about God's Will, do we mean His commandments on how he wants us to live?
Like: love thy Lord and love your neighbour
: whatever work you do dont give glory to your masters but only God your Father

Is this what we mean by His Will for man?

You can have whatever career you want.. Obeying God's commandments has NOTHING to do with choice of career..

There are careers which are against God's commandments, or that would have you do something against God's commands. (eg lying or "stretching the truth" to sell a product). But besides that, any career you take can be for God's glory. Pray about it and go with what you're interested in and think you could do well--bringing glory to God.

Let's try it this way. I'm married. We have rules in this house. They are simple rules:
-- Don't throw your dirty clothes in the middle of the floor. Pick a spot where no one will trip on them at night. (Not even an "in the hamper" rule. lol)
-- Don't use scrubbers on non-stick pans. (No SOS pad, no brush, no anything, unless it's very soft.)
-- Chores: If it bothers you, do it.
-- Don't yell at me, unless I'm in danger.
-- Don't make loud noises when someone is sleeping.

Thems the rules. All of the rules.

Now, as for happy marriage, does that tell you what each of us wants in our relationship? Sure it does, but there is a lot more to it than just understanding the rules. The rules point us in the right direction. Love gets us there.

In like kind, it works the same with the Lord. Good to know his rules. Better to love him. And loving him includes knowing his rules.

That works for everything, including a career. Do whatever you want to do, and can do, with the goal in "love God completely and love others as yourself."

Hey, now. Sales is a good career, and I never lied about the product. I sold what I believed really would help someone. (And I sold everything from TV Guides to IT manuals, to tickets to the the cop's circus, to lights, electric boxes, gloves, and even soap. lol)

Sure it does. Playing baseball for a living is out because of #4. (Football isn't out, as long as I get one day a week off.) I'm not going to be a prostitute because of #7, not gonna be a career thief because of #8, would have trouble being a criminal's lawyer because of #9, can't sell teddy bears because of #10! Careers have a lot to do with keeping the Lord's Commandments. lol

(Oh, and do get the humor on why I can't sell teddy bears.
)

I thought that i needed to ask God about everything like I didn't go swimming without praying about it lol ( actually a good thing to pray for girls dont wear clothes as it is) but i listen to pastors and read the word I started to be a little more independent and well i think both are wrong tbh, i agree about staying withen the commandments but i also think we should always pray and even wait until God opens the door for things especially things this important yea it's not bad to sell pizza or something but if God wanted you to be a missionary you're messing up anyway and vice versa. I do think God has things he wants you to do specifically and I've learned that he usually lays desires on our hearts to show us what he wants us to do so i would pray and wait for an answer ( dont expect him to start talking to you in dreams fam lol) anyways God bless

It will take time to realize what exactly you want like not all Jobs are good for Christians especially if it had something to do with lying, false advertising, vanity, modeling, Porn, selling of demonic products etc. Keep praying God will guide you because i am happy you asked that question. Im at that stage of my life right now when im seeking what i want but one thing that makes me happy the most is working for Jesus to save lives.

If you will follow God's law as a Christian, it means you need to deny yourself (Luke 9:23)

It is normal for people who are ignorant of God's law to drink intoxicating drink, to do fornication, to enamor in fights and bravado and other world pleasures.

if you will start following God, you will not live according to what you want; you will live what God wants you to do according in the Bible.

Do not live by the works of the flesh that can bring you to eternal damnation (Galatians 5:19-21) but live by the Spirit and that Spirit is the teaching of Christ that was taught to Him by his Father in John 6.

I admit following God wholeheartedly is not that easy but always remember that IT IS FOR YOUR OWN GOOD AS WELL. (read Deuteronomy 6:24)

For example, if you don't indulge in drinking intoxicating drinks, you will not have liver problems. if you do not indulge in sexual pleasures, you will not have sexually transmitted disease.

So start living according to what God wants you to do as you can read in the Bible if you are a Christian okay? because in the end, you will have a happy ending (Psalms 37:37)

you will never suffer SHAME AND POVERTY because of disobedience (Proverbs 13:18)

I advise brother/sister that you always enhance your knowledge of the Bible morals by attending the worship services of your sect and on working days, read at least a Chapter or two per day so that you will not fall into temptation and soon shame and poverty because of disobedience.

always pray for knowledge that you will able to control your infirmities in life.
