COINTELPRO (an acronym for COunter INTELligence PROgram) was a series of covert, and at times illegal, projects conducted by the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) aimed at surveilling, infiltrating, discrediting, and disrupting domestic political organizations.
It seems like there are so many rapture predictions as a way to discredit Christianity, it seems like people who would like to discredit it make these ridiculous predictions.

Of course, when I say COINTELPRO, I just mean any organization looking to discredit Christianity, not just the FBI.

And, the obligatory scripture

Mark 13:32 -
“But concerning that day or that hour, no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.

Mass rapture is something you'll wait till judgement day and it won't happen. Two will be in the field and one will be taken and the other left. Rapture is individualistic- a car accident, people perish except one or two, this is their rapture. Rapture is only for 144k faithful believers aka the church of Philadelphia aka Judea who God promises to shield from the great tribulation and tribulation is the normal everyday happening as described in Revelation 6; Pestilences (diseases), famine (natural disasters), beasts of the earth (animals & machinery), sword (wars). The 144k faithful believers are protected from all these.

The other group of believers, the church of Smyrna aka Jerusalem (the majority) of believers will be pursued by the antichrist (even today) and they are killed. That's why God promises a crown of life as their victors gift.
So surely, nobody is leaving earth.

All these things is a replica of what happened to Daniel and friends (remnants of Judah) when they were taken captive in Babylon. God protected them in Babylon.

Jer 24:1After Jehoiachin[SUP]a[/SUP] son of Jehoiakim king of Judah and the officials, the skilled workers and the artisans of Judah were carried into exile from Jerusalem to Babylon by Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, the Lordshowed me two baskets of figs placed in front of the temple of the Lord. 2One basket had very good figs, like those that ripen early; the other basket had very bad figs, so bad they could not be eaten.3Then the Lord asked me, “What do you see, Jeremiah?”“Figs,” I answered. “The good ones are very good, but the bad ones are so bad they cannot be eaten.”4Then the word of the Lord came to me: 5“This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: ‘Like these good figs, I regard as good the exiles from Judah, whom I sent away from this place to the land of the Babylonians.[SUP]b[/SUP] 6My eyes will watch over them for their good, and I will bring them back to this land. I will build them up and not tear them down; I will plant them and not uproot them. 7I will give them a heart to know me, that I am the Lord. They will be my people, and I will be their God, for they will return to me with all their heart.8“ ‘But like the bad figs, which are so bad they cannot be eaten,’ says the Lord, ‘so will I deal with Zedekiah king of Judah, his officials and the survivors from Jerusalem, whether they remain in this land or live in Egypt. 9I will make them abhorrent and an offense to all the kingdoms of the earth, a reproach and a byword, a curse[SUP]c[/SUP] and an object of ridicule, wherever I banish them. 10I will send the sword, famine and plague against them until they are destroyed from the land I gave to them and their ancestors.’ ”

This prophesy applies to us more because we are in Babylon.
That's why Jesus said " when you shall see Jerusalem surrounded, let those in Judea flee.."

"...No one knows the hour..."
This phrase is always misunderstood, people can calculate the end of age based on Daniel's 70 week prophesy and if calculated correctly, you'll find that the answer is also in Daniel - "until 2300 evenings and mornings, then everything shall be done..".
It is the calculation that is the problem, not the answer.

If there was a secret rapture today of true Christians, the number who just disappeared would probably be so small, few would notice.

If we were told that Noah at 230 years represented the Flood would come in his 600th year as evidenced by Methuselah was 599 when Moses was 230, what would we do? This was true but some things can only be understood after the fact.
The equation 1/3.5 divided by 95 has the ages of Methuselah when he became a father and when he died (in the year of the Flood) and the equation's answer is 0030.075187969924812 but the last digit replaces the first so the repeating digits are 203007518796992481. Methuselah is 369 years older than Noah. When Methuselah is 924, Noah is 599.

2030 years Jewish is 2030 times 360 days/yr which equals 2000 years plus 300 days (365.25 days/yr).
If I interpreted this before the year 2000 AD, I would have thought that Jesus would return 2030 Jewish years after his birth.

Sept. 11 of any year is 81 days before the Jan. 1

The equation is from the math surrounding Rev. 2:10 compared to the rest of Revelation.
10 days in prison is not long compared to receiving the crown of life as the length of the great tribulation is not long compared to 1000 years with Jesus as king.

I messed up just a bit. Methuselah at 924 is Noah at 555 years with 45 years until the Flood and 40 years before Noah's father Lamech dies at 777 years. The triple numbers attract our attention.
The math of Rev. 2:10 10 days / crown of life = length of the great trib / 1000 years.
crown of life = 10000 / length of great trib.
if trib = 3.5 yr then crown of life = 2/7 times 1000 = 2857.14
if 1260 days, crown = 7.93650
if 42 months, crown = 238.095
the Methuselah equation is 2/7 times 1000 divided by 95.
19 digits that repeat as 18 because the last digit becomes the first.

The Pre Tribulation Rapture belief was started by a Jesuit Priest by the name of Francesco Ribera in order to counter Protestant claims that the Pope was the Antichrist. He wrote a commentary on Revelation and pushed the Antichrist and connected teachings far into the future. His writings were translated into English by Edward Irving and picked up by Darby and Scofield in the 19th century.

There is no anti christian plot attached to it. The 19th century had the start of a number of cults and false teachings this is just one of them. Many of these predictions are published as sensational books like the Left Behind series. The only plot is to make a lot of cash.

The words of Jesus about being left behind is one of his most misunderstood sayings. If you take it from Matthews gospel he says it after speaking about Noah and how the wicked were swept away. In Luke the Disciples ask him where the taken people were going. His reply was where the body is the Eagles are gathered together. In Revelation the birds feast on the flesh of the wicked. It is the wicked that are taken not the believers.

Wow, Noose!!! I am impressed! I have been studying for many years and have never seen anyone with as much understanding as what you just posted above.

However, don't forget that the same words may have a spiritual meaning instead of natural. For instance, "sword, you said was war". It might also mean the Word of God. Beasts might also mean men, not animals. etc. Anyway great post and thanks for posting it. Keep up your studies!

To get things slightly back on topic...remember the alleged outrage over red Starbucks cups? I don't recall anybody ever being upset over the cups, just people upset at people being upset over the cups.

The rapture
Rev 6:2 - Read entire verse. That rider that comes in this verse comes in one of the seals, As we were taught the seals come before the trumps, Sorry its true, Just read the verse.

1 Cor 15:52 - According to Paul in this verse, When the true Christ comes flesh and blood can not inherit the Kingdom of God, So our bodies have to be changed. That happens on the lord day at the last Trump,According to The same Paul in 2 Th 2:2 says that day ( The day the Lord Returns ) will not happen till there be a falling away first
( People believe that the Lord has already returned )

Which would explain why all the world watches as the Two Witnesses get killed and lay in the street, ( Because they think the true christ has all ready returned ). Note to self : All the people including the two witness are still in the flesh. Because the last trump has not happened yet.
But it will, 3 1/2 days after there death, Hey i just noticed something, That's the same number of days that Christ was in the Tomb for. WOW who planned that out.

So lets recap the false christ comes at the 6th bowl, the 6th seal, the 6 trump, Which explains the numbers 666
We all now that 7 come after 6, Now think we have that rider on the white horse here but the 7th trump has not got here yet, ( Because the Lord day has not happened yet ) But it will, Now that explains the Numbers 777

Don't confuse the number of the beast with the mark of the beast. The mark of the beast actually is alive and well now, That mark actually started with Cain. Another study for another time.

Of course, when I say COINTELPRO, I just mean any organization looking to discredit Christianity, not just the FBI.

And, the obligatory scripture
Deception is all around us. And misunderstanding the words of Jesus is involved.

Mark 13:32 But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.
Mark 13:33 Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.
Notice that it is an error to take verse 32, above, to then try and negate verse 33.

We don’t know the day nor the hour of Christ’s return.

That doesn’t mean nor imply that Christians don’t know the signs of the times, and are commanded of Jesus to, take heed, to watch and pray, so as to not be deceived by anyone teaching any false understanding of the signs of Jesus return.

Matthew 24:44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.

The correct understanding is reached by combining all the relevant scriptures and insuring that no scripture is broken.

The understanding I have been given is that we are like a man on a journey down a highway, looking to see the signs along the way. We can error in thinking we don’t need signs. And we can error in misreading the signs.

Therefore we are required to understand the signs of the times but not rely on our own thinking lest we not be ready.

So, if we think within ourselves that Jesus shall come at some distant time we may fall into the trap of not being ready.
If we think Jesus shall come without signs we may fall into the trap of not caring to notice them.

Both are tragic errors.

What we are commanded therefore is to Watch.
And as we watch we are commanded to pray.
And we are commanded to be ready at all times lest our thinking be found to have tricked us.
If we rely on our own understanding we may fail to pray for understanding.

Take heed what you think you know.
