Hi you all!
My name is (Gijs)Bertina which means radiant mercy ;) And that's what I want to show the world! How radiant the love of God is. I like fashion, art, music, dancing, church, God, people, Jesus, Holy Spirit, playing guitar, get the best out of people (including myself). I do not like; people who condemn other (nobodies perfect), religion above faith and thinking too much within the "christian box".

I am a textile designer and love all kinds of arts. I want to serve God with the talent He gave me.
I can be kind of crazy, but don't be afraid I am a gentle person when it comes to the heart and spirit.
I met Jesus 4 years ago (2005) when somebody prayed with me and I haven't left Him ever since. He is the lover of my soul.

I believe we are here to tell the world about the love of Christ. Not only by words but by deeds. I believe in a church which will rise up in all her talents and gifts. She will stand up in a place where darkness seems to rule to let her light shine. She is the brightness on earth, through Yeshua the Messiah. We have to show people that God is real, also in this world. Not by telling them: "REPENT SINNER!" but by gentle evangelisation, love and attention. We have our gifts and talents not only for the church (although indirectly we serve the church) but also for the world to see. So they will know Jesus is alive and kicking!

And I don't believe that "christian" art is all about crosses, fishes or other oldfashioned symbols ;)

God is my hero and I hope He is yours to. God rocks my world!!
