Hello everyone. My name is Alex, and I am trying to reconnect my spirit to that which is greater than me; God. I have been lost and sick for a significant portion of my life. I felt abandoned and embodied it, but now I am starting to realize the trials were and are intentional. I have finally opened my heart to the message of God and the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I am here because I want to join an open and honest community that understands what it is to experience struggle and forgiveness. A community that puts its will to the side and discusses how to praise and why it is done. I am here to ask the tough questions because I want to understand and learn and reconnect. I am very new and feel lost yet confident in starting a new me in His image. Christianity is a foreign yet close concept that feels almost like a new language in my life. I am now willing to follow His will and feel the connection to the Holy Spirit, but as I stated, I must have the support of those who know.
