    I'm feeling every bit of 80 years. People who tell you that age is just a number, will probably lie to you about other stuff too. I did get a couple of Spinal shots about a week ago, and at least in the Short term, my back isn't killing me. They're talking about burning off nerves for more permanent results, but that's still future. it's been over 100 degrees for weeks here in Dallas, so staying low at present.

    Thats 80 years of wisdom and experience that I dont have. Mind you Ive never felt my age. Always have felt younger but I think its catching up to me ;) I will pray on your back issues so that you have comfort with both body and that Dallas temp. Take care Bob
