I love my home town but , drugs r very obvious here , have been for about 30 years now 
. I watched this young man cross the road and slump down on the pavement almost totally unconscious . He had a big red open wound on his forehead so I phoned an ambulance . Paramedics came and assessed him and then took him to hospital . One of the best things about the UK , he will b taken care of
