Sourdough potato bread.

Looks yummy! I would really like a slice of a freshly baked bread with butter that melts on top....

Well, you’ll need to make a starter (leaven) if you haven’t got one. It’s a 5-day process but will last forever if you feed the little left over after baking a loaf of bread. I use Dan Lepard’s recipe. It’s online here: http://www.azeliaskitchen.net/how-to-make-easy-sourdough-starter-dan-lepard/.
