Lol. I made it with honey instead of horrid corn syrup, but it did have a a pretty strong honey flavor. Next time I'll probably do half honey and half evaporated cane juice or something.

You are the very first person I have ever heard of that replaced corn syrup with honey. 👍
I hate corn syrup and never buy it. Honey is totally different. I was just reminded of it again this evening when I noticed a few honey bees swarming and looking around at my storage building. I am hoping they set up a hive where I can get access.
