Everyone likes quotes and they can say a lot about a person. So this is your chance to express to the world your absolute favorite quote and why it matters to you!

Stipulations:
1. Your quote CANNOT be from the Bible!
2. You CANNOT look it up, you must recall it from memory and be as accurate as possible!
(Cheating is a sin!)
3. You must give credit to the author of the quote or whoever said it!
4. Be nice!

I think of this often because I think it's true. In times of toil I oft think if God revealed himself to the world and removed all doubt, we wouldn't have to worry about spreading His word. Then I remember that God wants us to want to worship Him, He doesn't want to force us to worship Him.

Why on earth would you discourage anyone from quoting from the word of God?

God is the author of the Bible, His word is truth, and those who love it hide it in thier heart, so I will pass on this post since you discourage anyone to quote the word of God, this really shows a great disrespect in my humble opinion of Gods written word!

Luk 4:4 And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.

2Ti 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

2Ti 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
2Ti 3:17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

The only quotes in my mind is the word of God, not some opinion of a mere man!

Love the word, love the truth, boldly proclaim it as lead, and never hide it!

Jos 1:8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
