Just now because you quoted those passages shows me that you haven't even bothered to understand what God is commanding us to do, you are taking things at face value to try and prove your position that, the Catholic Church is wrong. So I ask you why did God command there to be two cherubim on the ark of the covenant if that goes againts his law and why was the temple decorated with intricate carvings also?

The commandment here is telling us that we will not make statues and idols to serve in the place of God, and serve them and adore them, thus giving the same honor that is meant for the father to other things is what is being forbidden. We are allowed to create reminders for ourselves that which testify to the glory of God.

One more thing you always refer to God by his name, did you ever refer to your own father by his name?

If Yahvah God says do something then we can do it......



He is Almighty with all authority, the catholic church is not.....

I will refer to my Yahvah God by his name, he said not to use it in vain.... not to, not use it at all...



One of us is deluded, only time will reveal all things.

God founded the Catholic Church, and gave her the authority to lead the people into the truth.

I agree with you that we are allowed to use it, does it not seem vain to use it everytime you speak? I don't believe you are being very reverent of the name when you constantly use it, but thats not for me to decide.

One of us is deluded, and for your sake I would hope it is me.

Yahvah God did not found the catholic church.

The god they worship may have founded it, but it abominable.... and goes against Yahvah God not for.

Every time i speak, is quite different to every time i post in relation to his truth....

I love my Yahvah God and Yahshua the Messiah and strive to do what pleases him.


I would never insult him.

You insult him, granted in a deluded state, but still if you loved him you would not partake in that church.


I will die believing that church is against and not for Yahvah God and Yahshua the Messiah.


Ask yourself why they who claim to be of him, do not do the things he says?

Why they themselves claim to have changed his Sabbath.

Why they remove his name......


You will have more excuses... but none have any truth... just excuses.....

This is the way I feel abut this and that tells me what types of leaders and role models they are. This is completely shameful of how they can contribute to a hostile environment against people who are Catholic.

They also do not force anyone to participate in their site, it is voluntary.

IF the truth offends you then consider the "why?"

Did anywhere I say that the Gospel came from the Catholic church?? No I did not. But ALL subsequent churches, after the formation of the Roman Catholic one, altered the Catholic bible. The Catholic Bible which has the same gospels in it as the Protestant one. And the Baptist one. And the Methodist one. And practically any other one you can find. Denominationalism is a stupid, stupid excuse for some 'Christians' to belittle, condemn and judge others as having 'a flawed faith'. What makes YOU so sure that YOURS is even correct? It's snobbery. Cut it out.
 
Is it not the same God and Jesus catholics worship? Is it not the same story? Is it not a religion with over a billion followers? Were not the Romans the first people to be a MAJORITY in belief in Christianity? Yes, they were.

It was a man called Martin Luther who changed the ways of the church.
 
Loveme1, unfortunately, you are the one who is deluded. You keep citing this Yahvah God term like you are the only correct follower in the universe. I know plenty of Catholics, who do good wordks, have kind hearts, and repent to Jesus. They are no less than you.
 
Loveme1, Catholics, contrary to your belief, do not believe that the Church has more authority than God. that would be absurd. But the church has the authority to teach about God. Peter was the first pope. He himself, was given authority to teach about God. To build the church. Brush up on your history, please. And stop condemning people.
 
Matthew 7 1-5

Judge not,that ye be not judged.

2 For with what judgment ye judge,ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete,it shall be measured to you again.

3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye,but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

That is one of the scriptures that this thread does not follow.

And as far as being a leader, if you cannot lead yourself, you cannot lead others. Your behavior and attitude on and off the site must reflect the proper and biblical way users must conduct themselves on here. This thread posted by RoboOp is NOT a good example of good leadership.

We believe St. Peter is the founder, and the first pope (leader) of the Church. As Christ instructed him, his name would mean "rock" because he would be the first building block of Christ's church, as Mediate eloquently explained.

Some people suffer of a Napoleonic complex, trigger a chain reaction, and then high-tail to avoid any wrong-doing with it.
Notice how the Administration was more involved in the discussion for the first 2-3 pages, until SantoSubito fired out his ammunition of knowledge and facts.

The intent for this thread, as obvious to the "sticky", was to permanently set up a discussion to dishonestly bash the CCh. And as a result, they got more Catholics on the website, AND other fellow Christians standing up for them!

I wouldn't call it bad leadership. Simply hypocritical Christianity. Envious shepherds who do not want their flock to intermingle with "others".
If the administration had the decency to admit wrongdoing, they would remove the entire thread, and call for a truce.
For now, we'll have to put up with fanatical bloodhounds like Loveme1 to persist with the delusional bashing, while they hide behind curtains a'la Wizard of Oz.

This has gotten to the point of the ridiculous.

This thread needs to be deleted. All it is doing is creating mire and more negative tensions andnot doing any good at all.
 
As long as we know that God does not like idol worshippers "those who bow down before a statue images or sculptures".
