Yeah he should play the game of "i'm ignoring you" like yourself. LOL

Nah, i just have no time for people who misrepresent and resort to mockery when they do not have a well thought out position.

Yeah like you mock the others with your comments about offending dead people because you think it's some sort of psyop.

There was a psychologist named James Fowler who looked at the role of age and psychological development in terms of faith. Well known and interesting research. In short, when kids get to twelve years of age most begin developing abstracting thinking skills. Things are no longer black and white. Kids have questions, called stage 4. This is why many become "agnostic" even "atheists." They cannot reconcile the concrete understanding of their faith with the new questions.

This is totally normal. Some revert back to stage 3 and become what you might consider fundamentalists. They feel safe there. Others never got to Stage 4. Others develop to Stage 5, where they are able to hold and reconcile contradictions.

Thanks, I spent a year working on an MSW but switched programs, but I still have a passion for understanding personality disorders, "narcissism" is my present area of research for a personal project.

I am going to look him up, child development an area I work in... btw ...the black/white paradigm is alive and well on the news section.;)

What he does not know is that I was doing that a long time ago, which to him means two years.

If you want to establish a character and take absurdist positions defending with logic and facts there is nothing wrong with that. Students sometimes pick from a bucket of various viewpoints they may not agree with and argue and defend the point.

This is just stupid and lazy:

--------------------Are you going to answer the question?
--------------------Is GWB a liberal?

-----------This is why you lost the elections because you don't answer questions.

It is like he is not even trying. I could have played his character and come up with all kinds of ways to answer that. It is a bit like a game of chess, you must understand your opponent. His move was to pull down his pants, bend down over the board and take a giant diarrhea dump on it.

I just read a some of his stages, reminds of Piaget but looked at from the faith perspective, we need more work/books like this.
My nephew is youth pastor at a church in Chicago I will definitely pass it onto to him as well.

He is all over the internet and studied. Just google! I learned about him in seminary in psychology.

Yes you have nailed.
Very insightful, and appreciated.

Average liberal logic taught at the university summarized:

-Let's play ball. I'm going to beat you. I'm highly trained in this game.
-But your ball is deflated. How are we gonna play?
-What are you stupid? I said let's play ball! I'm highly trained!

It is really helpful which is why he is a prolific. It explains why some people are very rigid and nasty in their faith and others seem at peace. People get freaked out when their kids become anti-religious but that is normal. I never thought about it but that would be PERFECT for a youth pastor!

It just seems so stupid. People play games, checkers, chess, lawn darts, and like a good challenge when people follow the rules (in this case facts and logic). I'd find enormous satisfaction in wiping the floor with a person that agreed with me taking the position of that which I disagreed with - and my advantage is not being emotionally invested.

This is just trolling.

I just downloaded it, lol, when I read this ... Building on the contributions of such key thinkers as Piaget, Erikson, and Kohlberg, I knew it was a book I needed to read.
It so cool to bring a Christian framework to these theories, I have been a avid reader of Kohlberg for years.
Thanks again!

Well, this was a good episode of 'Throw spaghetti against the wall and see what sticks'.

For those that do not know, a common tactic of truth-haters is to misuse AI and make it appear AI knows all things.
.

AI knows as much as Wikipedia. Neither could be used in a high-school book report. Come down off the high horse and knock of the virtue signalling. People are over it since Trump got elected.

AI does not know anything. The very notion you wrote that is highly disturbing. AI can search and compile data based on views and cohesion through a basic search.

The only people that are over it as his voters who can barely stop wiping the saliva pouring out their mouths.

AI does not know anything.

Then why is everyone so worried about it? It knows 1+1 is 2. So it knows something.

I don't need to hear about your fantasy life. You can keep it to yourself. And what do you mean by "it". What aren't you over?

That is the Logical Fallacy of Ad Populism. The views and opinions of a group do not make them logically correct. Also, your very argument does not flow or make logical sense. That people fear something does not mean it knows something. Did you just get out of a cave?

AI does not "know" anything. It is a program that summarizes a search.

I forget that 50% of all people have IQs below 50% of the population.

I don't need to hear about your fantasy life. You can keep it to yourself. And what do you mean by "it". What aren't you over?

I suppose you have saliva dripping out of your mouth while you walk around with a bicycle helmet on and water wings. By "it" I mean that we live in the land of stupid people that bought into this guy. Are you rich yet? It is like getting one black eye and going back to your husband when everyone (the world) is screaming "please for the love of God no."

Mods, I've been here a lot of years. Is this now allowed? I've said nothing to this poster, who claims to be a Christian, that would warrant them basically calling me retarded. Is this really the type of people CC wants here now? If so, let me know and I'll be the second long time poster leaving.

Are you rich yet?

And then you try to paint me as being dumb. smh
