Just an aside…Because "recent studies" have found that even one sunburn has significant potential for cancerous consequences.![]()
Seed oils are in fact absolutely horrible for us. I completely quit the use of them for a little over a year and can confirm I no longer got sunburn while spending a day in the boat. They are found in almost everything. Some are worse than others of course olive oil being the least harmful probably.Just an aside…
The prevalence of melanoma appears to be linked to consumption of seed oils (canola, sunflower, etc.).

Yea I’m sure it’s the highly processed vegetable oils we have in the states that cause the most issues. It’s crazy to see how many foods we have here that are just illegal in other countries. I’ve found that if I stick to what He provides(meat, fruit, vegetables) and not what man tries to improve(aka make more money off of) I feel way better overall. Smoother skin, no inflammation or soreness, no indigestion, etc…I don’t see Mediterranean people having this problem, they consume gallons of Olive oil.![]()
Who said, "the man-made law that claims consuming any amount of alcohol sends people straight to hell? "No, not at all. I believe false doctrine SHOULD be pointed out and condemned, and I agree with you that drinking isn't the problem but drunkenness is.
When I said "Condemning people to hell for [insert man-made unBiblical law here] is the problem.", I was referring to the man-made law that claims consuming any amount of alcohol sends people straight to hell. It is wrong, it is false, and it should be shunned whether coming from a person or a church. I hope that helps clarify what I meant.
Ah, I see! Thanks for explaining.
There’s a few of those on here. Usually doesn’t take them long to get banned though. They usually seem unhappy and angry. There's some false gospelizers who teach sinless perfection.

Yes but the problem is convincing them they’re wrong. Someone who believes they’re perfect aren’t likely to change their belief. Pride has taken complete control. It will usually take God humbling them which usually isn’t the most enjoyable option.Thanks. I think I've run across one of them.
They shouldn't be misleading people on the gospel. The consequences are forever..
Olive oil is not seed oil.I don’t see Mediterranean people having this problem, they consume gallons of Olive oil.![]()
True. It does usually get thrown in with the bunch though. Same with avocado and coconut oil.Olive oil is not seed oil.

Alcohol is one of the biggest health destroyers out there.
Drinking in moderation was recommended as a positive health habit for several decades.
It's now considered a myth by many researchers.

The most important part of any study is to look at who paid for it. Most studies aren’t done out of charity or the general well being of humans. If Coca Cola pays for a study showing high fructose corn syrup is healthy or that Pepsi is unhealthy you can throw that study out. If a politician has anything to do with a study it can be thrown out. Always have to follow the money.Alcohol is one of the biggest health destroyers out there.

These were people void of Truth so just because they claim Jesus was drinking booze does not mean He actually was.
It cannot be proven from scripture that Jesus actually drank alcohol as the word wine simply means fruit of the vine and does not designate whether it's fermented or not.
Of course people that like to drink the booze claim Jesus was a drunk so they can feel good about themselves being drunkards.
That's why people drink booze so they can get their buzz on which is being a drunkard which is sinful behavior that God's Word says causes some to not be allowed in to God's Kingdom:
Galatians 5:19-21
Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
Due to the false doctrines of so called once saved always saved people think Galatians 5:19-21 is not applicable to them but they are in error.

In general if we can take what He gives us directly meaning salt, plant life and animal life, and prepare drink or food in our own house without having to have lab equipment its generally safe to consume. There are some exceptions with plants since they can be poisonous. A few raw kidney beans for instance can put you in the hospital. So true, but in this case we don’t need any studies, we have God’s word!
-"No longer drink only water, but use a little wine for your stomach’s sake and your frequent infirmities."
I Timothy 5:23 NKJV
I hope people could see through my thinly veiled sarcastic post.@HigherGospel
Regarding your feelings about alcohol. You presented some studies done by man about consequences of drinking.
Are you inclined to trust unbelieving scientists or is it just a fleeting dalliance. I'm kind of shocked that one who claims to be a follower of Christ would use science to support his doctrine.
Furthermore, you didn't even cite one alcohol study from the scriptures! How careless! How can I take you seriously if you don't cite the Biblical alcohol studies? Any serious Christian would love the whole truth yet you seem content to only offer the wisdom of man as proof of your beliefs.
