They're using administrative warrants which are legal when the person sought has a final removal order.
Yes, generally, it is illegal and unconstitutional for U.S. law enforcement to enter a home without a judge-signed search warrant, as the Fourth Amendment protects against unreasonable searches, but there are key exceptions like consent, exigent circumstances (emergencies, hot pursuit, imminent destruction of evidence), and plain view, which allow for warrantless entry, so it's not absolute.

Core Constitutional Principle:
Fourth Amendment: This amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures, requiring warrants based on probable cause for most searches, especially in private homes.

Key Exceptions (When Police Can Enter Without a Warrant):
Consent: If you or someone with authority over the property voluntarily lets them in.
Exigent Circumstances: Emergencies where there's immediate danger, a suspect fleeing (hot pursuit), or evidence about to be destroyed.
Plain View: If officers are lawfully present and see evidence of a crime in plain sight.
Community Caretaking: In some specific non-investigative community roles, though this is a narrow area.

Consequences of Illegal Entry:
Evidence found during an illegal, warrantless entry is often excluded from trial under the exclusionary rule, known as the "fruit of the poisonous tree".

In Summary:
A home is highly protected, and a judge's warrant is the standard.
Warrantless entry is unconstitutional unless one of the specific, legally recognized exceptions applies.

The problem is when the officer does not care, and goes rogue, this lawyer knows his stuff.

Here in Florida they can search you, your car, or your home if they have suspicious cause. To get that suspicious cause they ask if they can search you, or your car, or you home. If you say no, that is suspicious cause and they will search. If you say yes, then you have consented and they will do the search.

Oh great, now I mis-gendered. Now I've gone and done it! Yes, he,she or they have broken a ton of rules here but that doesn't matter of course. How many personalities in there, who knows? I've counted 10 in the Israel thread alone.
No I am pretty sure Heishere is a woman.

Hearing set for Monday in lawsuit filed by state leaders to end Operation Metro Surge

Earlier this week, local law enforcement also expressed their concerns with the tactics being used by federal officers, including an instance when an off-duty Brooklyn Park officer was pulled over and asked to show proof of U.S. citizenship.

"When she became concerned about the rhetoric and the way she was being treated, she pulled out her phone in an attempt to record the incident. The phone was knocked out of her hands, preventing her from recording it," Brooklyn Park Police Chief Mark Bruley said. "The [agents] had their guns drawn during the incident and the officer became so concerned she was forced to identify herself as a Brooklyn Park police officer in hopes of slowing and de-escalating the incident."

OK, so ICE bought technology where they can track every phone at a protest rally and then follow these people home.

Also social media monitoring.

The beauty of this is they don't need a warrant.

Some of the neat functions, they can push the night button and see where you went to go to sleep, or they can push day mode and see where you go to work.

This is great news. No one gets to sit on the fence. Either you receive Jesus Christ as your savior or you don't. Think of the tribulation as the 3 year warning. You need to make up your decision, the age of grace is coming to an end. I can't even count how many times you preach the gospel to someone and they are not ready for a decision. OK, well time is up. No one can hide during the tribulation.
