It wasn't a country, it didn't exist as a country and there is no such thing as Palestinians as they are called today.
And when it does its referring to a kingdom ruled by God, not man. The earthly nation you are obsessed about is ruled by men, not God

Circle back, again, who is Romans talking about, the Jews. What is the land God promised the Jews, Israel. Done.

Logic, reason and God's word are not enough for the replacement people. Even the fact that Israel exists by a series of miracles does nothing to change their minds. They will discover their error soon enough.

It helps nobody to find out what an unknown person agrees and disagrees with.
What I have not yet seen in you is the ability to slow down and examine the words of the Bible, and to present it to others in an edifying way.
These things take thoughtfulness and humility.

No, I was not rude to the newcomer in that thread, that is a lie. The newcomer was angry at anyone who disagreed with his post and told them to not respond and leave. I pointed out that those are not the rules. You cannot tell someone they can't post in a thread, you can't tell them to go somewhere else. This is a discussion board. Go check the rules yourself, you will find I am right. You were incredibly rude, funny that you can't seem to recall it.
Well the problem is I don't twist Scripture, or guess at what it may mean when it's printed on the page in front of me. I don't find Scripture twisting edifying in the least. Nor nasty comments, which of course you don't remember.

Yeah the "bee keeper" wants to change what the Bible says and what history says. smh Refuses to accept what's written right in front of his face. God Himself could come and point chapter and verse and they'd tell Him He's wrong. If the Holy Spirit can't lead them to truth, I sure can't. I guess that is what I signed up for.
It may be too much to ask that people provide proof for the things that they say.
That is more easy to do when you defend a truth.
I will continue to respect and support all who honestly attempt to prove their claims, whether they agree with me or not.
It is not about whether we like or dislike the "opposition", or whether we think there is a chance to convert them to our view-point.
These threads are for the readers too, many of whom are not as sure of their viewpoint as those that care to comment.
I am not disappointed. I have been there with the poster as have many others, same ole, same ole for many years.
It is just people, just a general "people," do not realize that a mind which has been captured by a narrative/propaganda/basically lies, is not the same as a rational, objective discerning mind.
The fact that is, it is not a mind/knowledge/brain thing, but purely emotional, that is how propaganda works and that is why it is very hard to get these people to be objective and use critical thinking skills, they are not really employing "thinking" they are defending their emotional bond to an idea or belief.
They are unable to separate the two.
It is sometimes hard to see this when someone like you, who is employing logic and reason, we tend to naturally think the other is as well. It took me a while to realize this, but until that emotional attachment can be dropped by the other person, the effort is futile.
Anyway I have appreciated you posts, so from that perspective it has been good.
It is just good to know that not everyone has drunk the Kool Aid.
