You've never lived on your own have you? do you know what it's like to put in a 14 hour day only to have to come home and cook and clean? or what it's like to almost be late for work because your laundry took longer than expected to finish? I may not know everything, but I do know it's a 2 man job to run a home full time.

Cooking (especially from scratch) and keeping the house can be a job for sure...plus there's errands, yard work, and home repairs.
But, living alone I can turn on whatever music I want while I do house work...and proceed to play air guitar and sing along as badly as I want 😂

I started living by myself at 14 may be younger parent paid the bills then but it's same. by 18 I was doing all you are saying. actually I live alone, I teach, I study and I do ministry. My brother its like floating but organisation helps. Even if your wife stays home for that she will still need your help and get aways. Even so it is not recommended for anyone to just be home it may bring about burn out and that marriage may fail. Again that is just a psychological perspective that may not apply to all.

Better if it's a 1 man, 1 woman job to run a home full time.

I eat a lot of Stouffer's meals. The stuffed peppers are good too, and the creamed chip beef. I add microwave
Minute Rice to mine.

This thread has been hilarious to read. When I decided I didn't prefer to live alone the few remaining years, I had the funny moment when I realized this OLD LADY was on a MAN HUNT. But, after laughing about it, and deciding to face the intimidation, I decided to live in reality, to be courageous and to enjoy the adventure. I really appreciate the ideas of effective bait and the general humor of the thread. Happy hunting, and happy being hunted, All.

Well get aways arn't an issue, I have 3 more courses to finish before I graduate from my Tourism Program, I just finished my event planning course, started destination weddings, and after that I am on to Luxury weddings course. I also found an online travel school that teaches working from home which would give me a TICO license to sell travel packages in Ontario, naturally if I were married my wife would have exclusvive rights to a free vacation at my expense because lets face it, sleeping on anything but a bed is very uncomfortable.
