Yes, Galatians c4 v4-
…3So also, when we were children, we were enslaved under the basic principles of the world. 4But when the time had fully come, God sent His Son, born of a woman, born under the law, 5 to redeem those under the law, that we might receive our adoption as sons.…
Berean Standard Bible

His Father was so pleased with the way He lived His life, He announced at the baptism by John-

The phrase "This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased" is a divine declaration made by God the Father on two significant occasions in the New Testament. The first instance occurs during the baptism of Jesus, as recorded in Matthew 3:17, where a voice from heaven proclaims this affirmation after Jesus emerges from the water and the Holy Spirit descends like a dove. This declaration is also recorded in Mark 1:11, where the voice says, "You are My beloved Son; in You I am well pleased". A similar affirmation is found in Luke 3:22, reinforcing the event's importance across the Gospels.
The second occurrence is during the Transfiguration of Jesus, described in Matthew 17:5, where a bright cloud envelops Jesus, Peter, James, and John, and a voice from the cloud repeats the declaration, adding the instruction, "Listen to Him!". This event underscores Jesus' unique status and divine approval, affirming His role as the Messiah and the fulfillment of God's promises. The phrase reiterates God's approval of Jesus, highlighting His perfect obedience and sinless nature, and serves as a testament to His identity as the Son of God. This divine affirmation is also linked to Old Testament prophecies, such as Psalm 2:7 and Isaiah 42:1, which speak of God's chosen servant and beloved Son.

Good one Seed Time- Thank you kindly,
Anyone else have an awesome question?

Anyone else have an awesome question?

So do you have the entire Bible memorized or do you look them up?

I wondered about that yesterday. There's some that were posted in this thread that I didn't know and it made me wonder if I should look them up or not.

Do a lot of looking up!:):coffee:(y)
Used to know a lot by memory, not as much anymore, yet it is as Curry Blake told of Lester Sumrall, it was IN him, and as should be in all of us as we become rich in years.
Personal, vital, one on one relationship is where I reside now, perceiving His guidance and walking it out. Meditating on His Word, day and night, rolling over at zero dark thirty and having a hymn playing in the mind.
Relationship is such a blessing, thank you Lord!

I am finding Jeremiah mentioned, it states "prophets", plural, so there were others as well.
1In the first year of Darius son of Xerxes, a a Mede by descent, who was made ruler over the kingdom of the Chaldeans — 2in the first year of his reign, I, Daniel, understood from the sacred books, according to the word of the LORD to Jeremiah the prophet, that the desolation of Jerusalem would last seventy years. c 3So I turned my attention to the Lord God to seek Him by prayer and petition, with fasting, sackcloth, and ashes.
Who has the next one? ??

Thank you Sister Lafftur!-
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, which instructs believers to "rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus".

What book of the prophets did Daniel read while he was in exile in Babylon?

Correct! The Book of Jeremiah. 😍👍

There are many prophets but I only asked for the “book” which is just one. 😊

Great job! 😍👍

oh oh, I missed that part of your question, that is almost a win by accident, (he said, owning up).:giggle::):coffee:(y):giggle:

Matthew c17 v24-27

The fish with the coin in its mouth is a miracle recounted in the Gospel of Matthew 17:24–27, where Jesus instructs Peter to go to the Sea of Galilee, cast a hook, and take the first fish he catches. Upon opening its mouth, Peter finds a four-drachma coin, which he is to use to pay the temple tax for both Jesus and himself. This event occurs when tax collectors ask Peter if Jesus pays the two-drachma temple tax, to which Peter replies affirmatively. Jesus then explains that kings' sons are exempt from paying taxes to their own father, implying that He and Peter, as sons of the Kingdom, are free from the tax.

Relationship is such a blessing, thank you Lord!

It seems like I used to have more in my memory too. So I look a lot of stuff up online real fast. Just for the reference so I can post it relevant to discussion. I also read scripture every day, so I know it right off when someone says something wrong (or right that I could take it further!), But I can't remember the chapter & verse but know what it says. I guess that's having it writ on my heart? Or could be the Holy Spirit reminding me too.

This is good enough to bear repeating:

Personal, vital, one on one relationship is where I reside now, perceiving His guidance and walking it out. Meditating on His Word, day and night, rolling over at zero dark thirty and having a hymn playing in the mind.

It really is as easy as that. I stumbled into to (Lol) I figured He wont let me stub my toe if I'm meditating on Him and to read pray without ceasing pointed me to just take the Lord with me by invitation! As my Friend which sticks closer than a Brother! And talk to Him All Day at work. And eventually I could hear Him answering me. Such a Blessing!

I am reminded of Jesus saying He only did and said what He saw the Father do and say, and how He was born up that He might not even "dash His foot".
Until He gave up His own life for you and I.
blessings, brother:):coffee:(y)
