How do we distinguish false Christ & false Prophets according to Our Lord?

I'm not sure what you're on about here. The Bible says we WILL know who is false by testing the spirits, and we test them through His word [see post #241] -
1 Jn 4:1 Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.
Matt 7:15 “Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. 16 By their fruit you WILL recognize them."
2 Tim 3:16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness 17 so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
True biblical christian churches may disagree on non-salvational issues, but they preach only one way to salvation, which is the gospel message proclaimed in the Bible. They also don't claim to be true prophets for preaching the already revealed message.
Who are these self-proclaimed 'true prophets' you're referring to that preach different messages?
Every denomination in Christianity today claims they are the truth. With that as if they are proclaiming they are the true Prophets of God.
The evidence that there are false prophets among them is because there is division in each sect in Christianity today. If they are all true Prophets then they are united into 1 church only.
But with ourselves we can't distinguish the false Prophets among them.
By testing the spirit yes! But the criteria so we can distinguish who will pass and who will fail it belongs to Jesus.
So without Jesus revelation will never know the false Prophets.
Even the Apostles of Jesus (I'm referring to true Apostles of Jesus) don't know the false Prophets. That is why Jesus needs to tell them who they are (MATTHEW 16:6 & 12 )
No. Claiming you have the correct interpretation is not claiming you prophesy. Those are very different concepts.
There can be wrong interpretation without false prophets.

Jesus gave us the criteria with the instruction to use it.

Jesus revealed what is truth to the Disciples only and not to all Jews.
Because the recognition of the Disciples to Jesus is a revelation from the Father (Matt 16:15-17)
Whereas today. Jesus doesn't reveal the truth to the entire Christianity today but to those whose recognition to Jesus is a revelation from the Father same as the Disciples.
Therefore the criteria in testing the spirit who will pass and who will fail is given to those persons whose recognition to Jesus is a revelation from the Father.
The Chosen of God in our Generation today know who are the false Prophets as Jesus revealed it to them.
Last chance: Who are these self-proclaimed 'true prophets' you're referring to that preach different gospel [salvation] messages? Provide a complete list of EVERY christian denomination [your words, not mine] that fits your description. Since you claim it's every denomination, I expect to see details on every single one proving they claim to be true prophets while preaching false gospel salvational messages.
Jesus DOES tell us who they are through His Word, the Bible. Scripture says we can and WILL recognize false prophets by testing the spirits through scripture. He left plenty of instructions. There is nothing further to be argued.
This is the equivalent words whom the Scribes and Pharisees said the Jesus.
That is why they did not believe any single word from Lord Jesus.
They are so proud on what they understand to the words of God in letter.
And the reason why is John 8:54-55. They don't know who God the Father is.
In our generation we can't deny the truth. The different denominations in Christianity today are not united.
Each of them is claiming they are the truth. Every sect in Christianity believe that their group would be saved by Lord Jesus.
That is why they convince the people to join them so that they get saved too.
Despite the fact that they have different recognition to Jesus (actually 4 different recognition). But their recognition to Jesus is based on what is written in the Holy Bible. It is not an invented by them.
But the truth, Lord Jesus have 1 identity only and not 4 different identities.
Who is in the truth and who is not in truth among them?
I doubt if by reading the words of God in the bible could recognize the false Prophets.
Because every Sect in Christianity today studied the Holy Bible within 5 to 10 years and yet they could not tell who is the false Prophets.
All I know is each and everyone of them is claiming they are the truth and not the other sects.
According to Lord Jesus yes, there must be a test in Spirit.
1 JOHN 4:1
4 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
Here is the next step in testing the Spirit.
1 JOHN 4:2-3
2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:
3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
Question: Among the different Sects in Christianity today, who did not pass this test?
Every Sect in Christianity today are confessing Jesus Christ is come in the flesh.
Therefore all of them passed the test. And all of them are True Prophets.
If they are all true Prophets, How come the different Sects in Christianity today have no 1 church only?
Yes, they have different churches and each of them are preaching different identities of Jesus and different way of salvation
Those that don't accept ALL the Lord says in His Word... including His warnings.... are in strife against the Lord thru rejecting His counsel. This ends up badly for these people who are trained by the devil to be heretics.
They don't know that salvation is only applicable to those that abide IN Christ.
Jesus is like Noah's Ark... as long as one is abiding IN the Ark they are saved.
Sinful behavior is throwing one's self overboard and since they are no longer in the safety of the Ark (abiding IN Christ)... they are not longer on their way to Heaven but are once again on their way to hell.... unless they REPENT, confessing their sin to the Lord and forsaking their sin so they can be cleansed of unrighteousness and once again be back in right standing with the Father (see Proverbs 28:13, 1 John 1:9) just like the prodigal son who was dead while away but alive once again when he returned to the Father. (see Luke 15:24-26)
The smart ones know this and abide IN Christ so they aren't cut off as Jesus told us about in John 15 which is what happens to those that do not abide IN Him.
Those that follow false doctrines that ignore the teachings of Jesus... well, not much hope for them and when they get where they are going, they will regret their false doctrine for all eternity!
You exhibit much self-confidence in keeping yourself saved, I will go with trusting in Christ Jesus and His promises.
You can pluck verses out of context, but the message of scripture is >>>> Saved is Saved.
God's plan of salvation is perfect, a gift, and not dependent on human effort to keep it.
You should study God's Word and accept what He says has already been judged as UN-acceptable to Him and then don't do them.

The devil has tricked the OSAS peoples in to believing one can do things God has said are UN-acceptable to Him and they think they are still saved.
Their minds have been blinded from the Truth of God's Word leading them to think obedience and submitting oneself to the Lord is trying to earn salvation not knowing the purpose of man's existence is to walk in agreement with the Lord.... so OSAS peoples have tricked by the devil to walk in agreement with satan which is evident by the false doctrine that do espouse.
It's very sad indeed concerning the fate of those teaching and following false doctrine... it's a real shame.

I'm not accusing them. What I mean is based on what I can see and hear to them.
Do you believe that every sect in Christianity is claiming they are the truth? What is the point of establishing their group if they aren't the truth? That is their faith.
My question is if they are all in truth, how come they have different recognition to Jesus Christ? Actually 4 different identities of Jesus Christ is what they preach. While the truth is Jesus Christ has 1 identity only and not 4.
Their members are transferring from one group to another group.
