The Bible says by the HOLY GHOST in ACTS 17 that God made man to seek God but man refuses to.

regenerated. This inability is explicitly articulated in Scripture, since "cannot" does not mean can or is able. But FWers
are confused and keep ascribing to the natural man qualities and characteristics possessed only by the spiritual man.

In. short the phone is ringing, God's love and mercy continue to call. Time to answer and say to God, not me or others, you believe God between God and you personally, then begin new to see new daily as you go in belief God loves us all, not just you. I, know I have gone through troubles here on earth and could go through more, of coarse I trust to get through it all, thanks to God alone ( Son as One with Father) and I have and do, God knows, so I stay in continued trust to God (Col 1:21-23), that's all folks, I trust God all in all, anyone else?
God, says God loves us all (1 John 2)(Hebrews 10:10) Died once for us all to give each new life in his risen Son Jesus Christ, for all that will sincerely choose to believe God not self or others or play church, thank you. Father never said there is any life in the dead Son, this new life is in the risen Son. The first birth of all flesh is reckoned by God as dead, since the first Adam. Christ is the second Adam a reverse of the first curse, life new in God's Spirit Truth to be able to last through troubles in contentment.
Time to read-re-read Romans 6-8 and trust Father in risen Son to reveal this truth of this mercy and love to us all, not a few, time to beleive God loves us all y'all, otherwise that cross is useless, read 1 Cor 15 again as well and see if Christ is not risen, then we are seriously ill if not risen, and still in our sins. People all over religion preach we are still in them, when from Father, Daddy, PaPa it is taken out of the way for us in Son for us all. Done, John 19:30 there new life gets installed to us all that do not quit, who continue no matter what troubles happen to them, thanks

Every person can hear the spirit of truth in their hearts. God would be unjust to expect people to follow the truth if he didn't provide the means to hear the truth.

You contradict Jesus. He said His sheep hear. And that those who hear will live.

Okay, thanks, God does not quit God's love and mercy for anyone. Waits fro us each to see for ourselves and not by anyone else.

Oh and I do see, understand the perplexities we each and all go through here on earth, seem not fair
Such as
'I was 14, when my youngest sister died at 18 on an overdose of drugs
I was 17, when my Dad died at 63
I sent through the military after that and wow!, then more troubles and trouble have not yet quit, as like in the book of Job
I choose, chose to stand in belief to God no matter what troubles happen or not happen.
Thank you for desiring to believe Gods and believe God too, God does just love you. see from that start thank you Father to reveal truth

God has it all planned out. God changes the saved, and we willingly and thankfully believe and accept the Holy Spirit. He doesn't force, He changes the motivation for living from love of self first to love of God first and all others as we love ourselves.

You speak as if when God regenerated you (when you were spiritually dead) you could have said, no, God, I don't want the life You give.

You probably did not even know it was happening when it did.

I answered based on the other threads definition of world and you always agree with them. It's hard not to think something different when you agree with them. So that is why I say what I do. Now did Jesus die for all humans or is the world in John 3:16 the same world in your Verse?
