Jesus was using Moses as a figure for the law of Moses. Figuratively speaking, that law would be their accuser, but realistically law can't accuse anyone because law can't speak or act. So prosecutors accuse people of breaking the law, which in essence is what satan is, ie, a prosecuting attorney.

i may not have the proper answer but this is what i think: the fact that satan rules on earth gives humanity a chance to learn to make the right decisions. 1 of them being, we have the power thru God, to cast him out. also, God has appointed a certain time for earth to be in existence as we know it & He's not going to change His mind. i'm reminded of 2nd Corinthians 12:9- "& said unto me, my grace is sufficient for thee. for my strength is made perfect in weakness, most gladly, therefore, would i rather glory in my infirmities that the power of Christ may rest upon me".

Satan wanted to be God. Jesus reconciled us all through his done work on earth first, defeated this entity frist. Then went to Heaven to prepare Mansions after resurrected for us to be new in love and mercy to all too. Then, comes back to get all that choose to believe God Father in risen Son for them too, after the cleanup process is done in Heaven first, then

All is in God's timing ... God allows satan certain latitude ... satan, being who satan is, takes advantage by continuously accusing believers before God.

David in judging another, condemned himself when he condemned that rich man.

God is love and loves all people but He has to end sin on earth one day.

He gave mankind a certain amount of time to accept salvation then He will end sin on earth.

He is giving the world 7 years to have their way and cause all people who do not love the truth to follow the antichrist and when they take his mark salvation is no longer available to the world and He will end sin on earth.

God is giving the world 7 years to have their way because He will not give up on the world until they give up on Him.

The 7 years will begin when the antichrist negotiates peace in the Middle East resulting in a 7 years peace treaty.

He will push the agenda of the new age which he will think to change times and laws.

The Bible say Babylon will never have physical dominion again but her ways are still on earth so the beast kingdom is Babylon in spirit.

Since God is giving the world their way for 7 years the new age will be able to influence the world and the devils will be cast to earth which they will deceive all people who do not love the truth.

Which is the strong delusion God will give them that do not love the truth.

The new age believes aliens will help mankind to have peace, advance, and evolve, which they say return of the gods.

Stand therefore, in trust to God Father of in risen Son alone. When God first created, made, formed mankind, emotions were included. God said He saw every thing that He had made, and, behold, it was very good (Gen 1:31).

The problem the born again one has is when emotions are allowed to control him or her rather than bringing than emotions under control of Holy Spirit within.

Proverbs 16:32 He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city.

Ephesians 4:31-32 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.

God knows we can get angry ... or anxious ... or happy ... or excited ... however, God also gives instruction so we can keep our emotions in check. We don't have to let our emotions bring us to the point where we are drawn away from the Lord. We can acknowledge the emotion and respond appropriately as we bring our emotions under the control of Holy Spirit within.
