Where Adam and Eve the first people eve created?
Where Adam and Eve the first people eve created?
According to the bible, yes. Paul refers to Adam as "the first man":

“And so it is written, “The first man Adam became a living being.” The last Adam [became] a life-giving spirit.” (1Co 15:45 NKJV)

And the end of the human genealogy of Jesus supports this:

“the son of Serug, the son of Reu, the son of Peleg, the son of Eber, the son of Shelah, the son of Cainan, the son of Arphaxad, the son of Shem, the son of Noah, the son of Lamech, the son of Methuselah, the son of Enoch, the son of Jared, the son of Mahalalel, the son of Cainan, the son of Enos, the son]of Seth, the son of Adam, the son of God.” (Lu 3:35-38 NKJV)

Adam was the first man . . .

1 Corinthians 15:45
And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

And Eve was the mother of all the living . . .

Genesis 3:20
20 And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.

Adam is a title....not a name tag name.
Adam was an adam....since Eve's name has become a Latinized interpreted tag instead of the original language title....let's review it too.
Hawwa....which is Hebrew for "mother of all living"
ALL of creation was spoken into being. "Let there be_________".
However, when it came time for Adam and Eve God formed them with his hands and then breathed life into them.....a much more intimate and close method of creation.

Huge difference....

Then, we need something to the tune of at least 13-14 years to reach physical sexual/procreative viability....some earlier and some later. But its a good average age. Just because Cain and Abel are the only two mentioned....that does not mean that there were not others born, living, and marrying. Those two were selected for a narrative. IOW; Genesis is not a complete history of the habitation of earth.
In fact it has been estimated that due to exponential reproduction there could have been around 20,000 people running about. Which much more easily explains the need for cities as Cain's punishment.

"Be fruitful and multiply", was what God said to do....after getting tossed out of the Garden in Eden do you really think they were going to defy God on this one? Uhhhhh....nope. I'd dare say that as every child was physically capable of making children they were married and set to working on what God said to do as well as farming the land.

How could they not be the first? What sense would Genesis make if they weren't? If God made Adam in his image, what would previous humans have been? If they were made in his image, why did he let them perish?

The word in Genesis for " created" can also be interpreted as "revealed", from what I have read.

Nope....
Created in this case as in God created the heavens and the earth is a Hebrew word "bara"
It's a somewhat prepositional verb in that a material is required to be stated that you formed the created out of.

You can bara a stone table, bara a wood table, bara a metal table.....whatever but you cannot have a table without the material.

In Adam's case it was the clay, in Eve's case it was Adam's rib.

God has never and will never made a mistake. God knows the future just as well as the present and past. Part of being omniscient, omnipotent omnipresent and immutable....which is because God is Sovereign.

The original language Genisis was written in is Hebrew. Luckily I have studied some, and know a bit. The title for Genisis in Hebrew is בְּרֵאשִׁית bereshit meaning beginning. So it basically says in the beginning. Hope this helps:)
Oh also like the beginning of the chapter is: , בָּרָא אֱלֹהִים, אֵת הַשָּׁמַיִם, וְאֵת הָאָרֶץ. Which is like the OG passage obviously. It reads kind of like "Beginning god created sky and earth"(rough translation because my Hebrew is poor). I think its called bereshit because its the beginning word of the passage, and it is the beginning of Gods beautiful world/our story of redemption.

True in some sense but how does it relate?

I find it funny how Shittim thinks faithful interpretation of the Hebrew language is boring.

@shittim why do you think this is boring?

I don't, you are in error to mistakenly believe that.
He has provided a better way to know His ways.
It is explained in the Bible.
