Actually, most Scripture teaches that everyone is not elect until they are born again.
Ephesians 1:4
As he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and unspotted in his sight in charity.

Acts 2:21
And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord, shall be saved.

The only thing left from the death, in the resurrected Son is:
To believe to see new and grow new daily from Father, once believe, I see to get off the milk and see to grow mature, Hebrews 5:12-6:3 To see John 19:30, Matthew 5:17 completed by Son for us to be new in the risen Life to get given us if not been given it yet from Daddy, PaPa, Father. Those that will not quit belief will eventually see
Col 1 :21-23 then Chapter 2, yet read from Chapter 1 first please

The "whosoever" in this Bible verse is the elect.

Do you have the 'add in' Bible translation? I'm asking because the several versions I have, do not contain that explanation and searching through many other translations online, I cannot find it anywhere!

Only the elect are ever born again, so it is obvious the "whosoever" in this Bible verse is the elect.

Many things are obvious but sometimes only to the elect. That is, to those who view themselves as having arrived at some destination not yet determined or found in scripture.

I already proved that the "whosoever" in this Bible verse is the elect because only the elect can call upon the name of the Lord and be saved.

Yes, yes you did but only to the elect (see above quote)

Dino246 has no proof that those who are not of the elect can ever be born again.

I think there Intersection,----that you are very misinformed -----1st ---God does not show favoritism --- all are welcome to come to the Faith of Christ ----- Salvation is concerned ----

The Scripture clearly says God wants all people saved -----the elect are all people -----

1 Tim 2:4

Amplified Bible
who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge and recognition of the [divine] truth.

Greek word for ALL

Lexical Summary
holos: Whole, all, entire, complete ----

this is all people ---the entire Human race -----the whole human race ---is invited to be saved -----we have free will to accept or reject the offer ----

King James Bible
For there is no respect of persons with God.

New International Version
For God does not show favoritism.

Greek word for ----Favoritism

Lexical Summary
prosópolémpsia: Partiality, favoritism

personal favoritism

So If God picks certain people to be the elect ---then God is a liar and is laying in His word -----

So is God a Liar in your Bible ???????????????

Your trying to take scripture and twist it to suit what you think -----and that is just wrong ---and God says we are to rightly divide the Word ----and your wrongly dividing the Word with your certain elect people ------

Rightly Divide the Word of Truth ----all are welcome to come to Christ in Faith and be Saved =====

Who shall accuse against the elect of God? God that justifieth.
