What do you tell the person going to hell? What are your views on hell??? Augustinian?Do you tell them Christ died for them?
Haven't you heard Roger? They are the judge of which questions they are to be prepared to give an answer for the hope within them. How dare you suggest this was a good question!
Maybe, maybe not. Her constant screeching against God's sovereignty may prevent it.I tell them only what I believe. One day you will understand this.
I believe it was @Kroogz who was making this argument.Maybe, maybe not. Her constant screeching against God's sovereignty may prevent it.
Widely applicable... he/she... to whom it may concern...I believe it was @Kroogz who was making this argument.
So, when Jesus drove the money changers out of the temple, He was filled with joy, was He? Or when He drove out all the pagan nations from the Promised Land, He wasn't angry with them? Or how about when God drove/thrust/cast out Lucifer from heaven, that was His way of showing how pleased he was with the devil? Or when God drove out Cain from the land that was God's way of showing that child of the devil what a happy camper He was with him after he murdered Abel? Or when Pharaoh drove the ancient Hebrew slaves from his land that was the king's way of expressing his love for them? Or when the Israelites drove out the pagan nations from the Land, this was their way of expressing friendship and goodwill toward the occupants? Or when Jesus drove out demons from people, we're to believe those demons were really loving friends of the Lord? Or when Paul and his fellow evangelists were driven out of Thessalonica by Jewish enemies of the gospel, we're to believe they were just pretending to be enemies of the Cross of Christ, etc., etc.
"Conjecture" indeed! I suppose, next, you'll want cites or quotes to prove what I just wrote?
Since the focus of Gen 3:24 is on "THE MAN", there is no reasonable or logical way to conclude that Adam was not the object of God's displeasure, most especially since Eve is not even mentioned in the text which makes perfectly good sense since God had already reconciled her to Himself.
Lol. Tell that to your dog, cat, parrot, wife and kids. Or or Satan who is doing his own will 24/7.No, we cannot really exercise free will.

Certainly. Satan got the judgement and prophecy of future wrath, Adam and the Woman got mercy and forgiveness and prophecy of the future Savior, by Him obtaining full reconciliation and restitution. In context, I can tell you that some not only do not see anger in Gen3 but compassion from God in such things as clothing Adam and the woman and in foretelling of their and our Savior.
Start a new discussion on this topic and I will respond. I'm not going to hijack this one.Why the negative?
Show me the error.
Let me guess, you were told something.
Atoned [Sin] only applies to someone, something that has Repented and Accepted the (Free Gift) offered by God.Please answer the question: on what basis does God cast someone into the Lake of Fire if all sin has been atoned for?
Easy. The King issued a blanket legally viable pardon and some persons CHOSE to ignore it or CHOSE to refuse it.Please answer the question: on what basis does God cast someone into the Lake of Fire if all sin has been atoned for?
In other words some did not RECEIVE the pardon that was gifted to them in eternity past.Easy. The King issued a blanket legally viable pardon and some persons CHOSE to ignore it or CHOSE to refuse it.

If the price asked was met and accepted, there is atonement.Atoned [Sin] only applies to someone, something that has Repented and Accepted the (Free Gift) offered by God.
Those in Hell can be explained in Romans 1 [(they rejected God)].
Rahab the Harlot actually sheds valuable light on this topic. She said that the kingdom of people she was born into and lived with [Jericho] had heard the >rumors\stories\tales\victories\accomplishments\power< of the Hebrew God. This alone made her ask the spies for help and be saved.
If Jericho, one of the most powerful kingdoms of that day knew about God, it's safe to believe that ALL other kingdoms had heard the same thing.
The difference between the rest of the citizens of Jericho and the other kingdoms from Rahab the Harlot is they chose to reject God. Rahab chose to acknowledge God and to become a follower of God. When the other kingdoms fell and were slaughtered they died rejecting God by choice.
They knew the same things about God that Rahab the Harlot knew. But they chose to do the very opposite of what Rahab the Harlot did which she Accepted God while they Rejected God. Just like Romans 1 explains [(these other kingdoms knew about God through Creation + God's Power and Victories)] but instead of acknowledging God for being God they Rejected God {just like Romans 1 explains}.
Ultimately, just like anyone from then on even until this very minute I post this. Should they choose to Reject God their Sins will not be forgiven. Therefore, they will sadly spend eternity away from God.
Doesn't matter. If the debt is erased, there is no action to be taken by God. He has already accepted payment. Legally, according to your view, they are no longer under any sanction.Easy. The King issued a blanket legally viable pardon and some persons CHOSE to ignore it or CHOSE to refuse it.
Then what will they be punished for?No unbeliever will be condemned by any sin that Jesus already bore the punishment for.
Do you pray for unsaved people?
