8 Yea, in the way of thy judgments, O Lord, have we waited for thee; the desire of our soul is to thy name, and to the remembrance of thee. 9 With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness. 10 Let favour be shewed to the wicked, yet will he not learn righteousness: in the land of uprightness will he deal unjustly, and will not behold the majesty of the Lord.
If that is their defense then what is the big deal, it isn't like we don't all know these people go to prostitutes. How could they be blackmailed with that? Why do they have to go to this island when prostitution is legal in many places on earth?
No, this was slavery, abuse, and human trafficking. If they want to claim the prostitutes were on that island of their own free will and they were paid a wage and not treated like slaves, then make that their defense. But let the kids who were held there also get a chance to testify, that is why we have trials, to find out the truth.
As far as I am concerned I'm not willing for anyone who refuses to allow a trial to tell me what the truth is. If in fact this was the case that they were all consenting adults then why was Epstein in prison? Epstein island is not in US jurisdiction. What crime did he commit? There is no international law banning prostitution. The crime was human trafficking of children and then using the video tapes of these people to blackmail them, hence it was a "honey pot".
